I am Rabi Barui, and my mobile number is [redacted]. I have been using a postpaid connection for the past three months. On 19 July, I requested to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid. On 27 July, the Idea franchise attempted to upgrade my connection, but since then, my number has been blocked, and there is no signal on my Idea sim. The store informed me that there is an IT-related issue with my number and asked me to return after 2 days. I have already paid my first recharge amount of ₹[redacted] (including ₹[redacted] franchise charge), but my sim remains inactive. Despite visiting the Idea franchise store 3-4 times, my issue persists. I am extremely frustrated and don't have the time to keep visiting the store. Please provide a prompt and effective solution.

Dear Sir, I was provided with a rental-free number, [redacted], on behalf of [redacted] a couple of years ago. Despite my request for prepaid services at the Idea Store in Sector 4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad eight months ago, nothing has been done. Unfortunately, there is no longer an office or store in Vaishali. This has left me unable to access both numbers, affecting my ability to make payments and communicate, as these are my registered numbers with banks and other institutions. I am now unable to pay bills online due to OTP issues with my numbers. Your misleading offers and failure to fulfill commitments are causing great inconvenience. I am using an Idea prepaid number, i.e., [redacted], which I got from Punjab. For the past month, my SIM card has not been working on my Android mobile phone. I even tried it on another Android phone with no success. There is no network showing, and manual search did not help. This number is linked to various sites and accounts that I use for work. I have taken screenshots for your reference and attached them. Without a network, I am unable to work within my scheduled time. I request a duplicate SIM card for the same number and I am willing to pay the charges. I am receiving numerous calls from a lady using the number [redacted] insisting I pay a bill, despite me explaining that I've already paid on April 21. She has been rude and uncooperative, calling me at least 20 times. Even though I was in the hospital with COVID, she demanded payment and claimed my services were restricted. I clarified that my calls were not restricted by calling her, but she refused to listen. I promise to settle all dues by the due date of May 11 and request to switch to a prepaid plan. Hello, I experienced an issue with my Idea number [redacted] as it suddenly stopped working, displaying a "sim not provisioned" message. Despite using the sim for over 4 years, this problem arose. After contacting customer care who confirmed the sim as active, I visited an Idea retailer in Jamnagar, Gujarat. I provided my ID (driving license) and received a new sim with the assurance it would start working within two hours. However, even after 24 hours, the sim remains inactive.
