The manager, April, assured me she would handle the issue, but it's been two months, and I have not received my refund. My husband and I are experiencing a lot of stress over this situation, especially since he advised against ordering from this website. Customer service, specifically Kristen, suggested a replacement ring, but I am adamant about getting my money back instead. I have all the necessary evidence and will take further action if my refund is not processed promptly.
