I am currently in Zhengzhou, China, and I intended to transfer money from Public Bank Malaysia to my ICBC Bank in China. Unfortunately, I mistakenly used the interbank Giro transfer option through Public Bank's online service. I transferred RM500 to my ICBC account, unaware that this type of transfer is only for within Malaysia. Instead, I should have used a telegraphic transfer. By inputting my ICBC account number and my name as the beneficiary, I realized I erred as the beneficiary account may not belong to me, given this was an interbank Giro transfer for domestic transactions. I erroneously thought it was an international transfer. I kindly request your assistance in retrieving my RM500 due to this misunderstanding.

I am having difficulty getting in touch with my ICBC adjuster. I reached out on August 14th regarding payment issues for physiotherapy, a concern I had also mentioned during our initial phone conversation. I marked my follow-up email as 'urgent' on August 17th, but received no response. On August 20th, I escalated the matter by copying the Minister of Social Development, as I feel there are limited affordable options for People With Disabilities in accessing post-accident therapies. Despite hearing that ICBC could provide upfront funds deducted from the eventual settlement, my adjuster has not proposed this solution. This lack of response is particularly frustrating as it affects my ability to continue physiotherapy while on an ICBC claim.
I am requesting a new adjuster who is responsive and transparent. I need financial support to continue my prescribed treatment plan, endorsed by both my physiotherapist and doctor. Additionally, I am seeking compensation for interest charges incurred due to payment delays. An apology for the disruption to my treatment and aggravation of my injuries would also be appreciated.

I visited the ICBC License Centre on April 8, [redacted], to take my knowledge test. After passing, I gave my Ontario G1 (equivalent of a Knowledge Test) to the staff. Surprisingly, they didn't request my valid Indian Drivers License, which I've held since [redacted]. I received a Class N as a result. When I returned the next day to surrender my Indian License, the staff didn't acknowledge my eligibility for a Class 5 and retained my Indian License without issuing credits. This situation feels unjust. As a newcomer, I seek assistance to address this issue and communicate with the appropriate person for resolution.

In May, I parked my car on Home Street between Hastings Street and Pender. While I was listening to the radio in my car, I was abruptly approached by a man with a thick Latino accent who banged on my window. He accused me of touching his boss's car, which I denied. He then threatened me, claiming his boss had cameras all over the streets. This encounter was unsettling, so I sought help at a nearby cafe where we could still see the man lingering on the street.
I recently spoke with Garinder Tawim, but we are struggling to communicate about this issue. I have sent multiple sets of photos of my driver's side, hoping to resolve the matter. My insurance has unexpectedly increased by $[redacted], causing me distress as a senior with a disability.
I am currently unwell, but I plan to visit tomorrow if possible. I'm concerned about my insurance and the lack of clear communication, suggesting we might need a mediator. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you, MJB1687 Crystal Deshaies. I can be reached at [redacted].

Hello,
I recently passed my road test on Sept 17th and I'm a new driver with diabetes. Initially, I did not receive the medical form for my license, but it was given to me after passing the test. Due to personal issues, I couldn't fill out the form right away. Upon inquiring with ICBC about the status of my license, I spoke with a customer service representative named Mario, who was not very friendly. Despite being polite, I was taken aback by his hostile response. Mario mentioned my license might be canceled due to the pending form. Seeking guidance on how to avoid this, I found him uncooperative and dismissive, which made me quite upset. After he abruptly ended the call, I called back and spoke with James, who was friendly and helpful. James clarified the situation and extended my medical form submission deadline. I plan to file a complaint regarding Mario's unprofessional behavior. Customer service representatives, like Mario, should aim to assist customers with respect and patience.

I have been a loyal customer of ICBC for many years and have had vehicles registered in BC since [redacted]. Recently, my car was hit by a BC-registered vehicle while I had it registered in Alberta, and the ICBC adjuster has not cooperated with the Alberta insurance company to settle the claim, despite clear photos showing I was not at fault. When I tried to re-register my vehicle with ICBC, I was told I owed over $7,[redacted] and needed to contact a collection agency. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed by how I have been treated in this situation and feel that the claim should have been resolved promptly without charging me personally without notice, especially when the Alberta insurance company confirmed my full coverage.

Hello,
I am seeking assistance regarding my driving license situation. My name is Ravinder Singh, and my driver's license number is [redacted]. I have been informed that my driving privileges will be restored after February 6, [redacted], following a probation period on my Indian driving license. I visited the ICBC licensing office at Landsdown Mall in Richmond twice to inquire about my eligibility to drive after this date. During my visits, I received conflicting information. Initially, I was told I could apply for a Class 5 learner license immediately after the probation ends; however, during my second visit, another officer mentioned that they have my Indian driving license and will return it to me post-February 6 for driving or Class 5 application.
I had booked an appointment for February 7 to start the driving process upon the end of my probation. Unfortunately, the requirements had changed, and I was now informed that I need to either start with a Class 7 learner's license or obtain a driving abstract from India for ICBC approval, a process that could take an additional two months. I possess a valid Indian driving license with over 4.5 years of driving experience and find myself distressed due to the misinformation received, leading to prolonged waiting periods.
I kindly request a thorough review of my case, including expert guidance on the necessary documents and steps to proceed. It has been mentally taxing to continually address this matter, only to face new requirements each time. I appreciate your prompt and positive assistance in resolving this situation efficiently.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Ravinder Singh

I am seeking information about a car I purchased that is currently registered in my partner's name, Guy R. F. Yorke. However, we have lost contact for two years now, and I wish to sell the vehicle as it is not being used and has been idle for a while. The car in question is a [redacted] Silver Jeep Commander. I require the registration papers to proceed with the sale. Please, if possible, contact him on my behalf so that necessary steps can be taken to obtain the required documentation. Thank you.
