I purchased a new lawnmower last year and used it for only 12 hours this summer when the belt came off. I took it to the shop and after waiting three weeks they informed me that they found the belt and I need to pick it up, which will cost $[redacted]. If they deliver it, the cost will be $[redacted], making me feel like I'm being overcharged. Why should I have to pay $[redacted] for a belt replacement after waiting for three weeks? I would like to speak to someone directly about this situation. This is not the level of service I expect from Hoska Vera.

I recently experienced a belt issue with my new mower after only 12 hours of use. The mower has been at the shop for three weeks, and today they informed me they sourced a belt elsewhere. However, I am now being charged $[redacted] for delivery over a hundred miles, which seems excessive. It's disappointing that the warranty does not cover belts, but the level of service I have received is unacceptable. I feel something must be done to address this situation. I am considering not purchasing from this company again unless this matter is resolved satisfactorily.

I used your premium Husqvarna engineered gasoline oil mix in my echo trimmers. Unfortunately, after just one day and the second tank of gas, both my SRM [redacted] and my SRM [redacted] broke down. They were both brand new trimmers that I had purchased from Lowe's the same day. I rigorously checked the gas can before using it, and the trimmers were ruined. I had to buy two new Husqvarna trimmers to replace them. As a lawn care business owner, this incident cost me over $[redacted], and I experienced this issue only with your product. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter as the product did not specify it should only be used on Husqvarna equipment. I visited Lowe's to purchase a [redacted] weed eater, but they were out of stock. I ended up buying A128, used it only once, and realized I needed a larger one. Unfortunately, Lowe's refused the return due to the gas in the machine. I have always trusted Husky for various tools from logging to home projects and have been a loyal Lowe's business customer for two decades. I simply want to exchange the weed eater for a bigger model, paying the price difference. I have even considered switching to Stihl from Home Depot due to the way this situation has been handled.

Upon returning to the store, I found the original one in stock. I requested to exchange them and pay the difference, only to be informed that once gas is added, a product cannot be returned. Despite not wanting a refund, I've been loyal to Husky products for years in my logging and landscaping work. Being a Lowe's business customer for two decades, this experience has led me to consider switching to Home Depot and using Stihl products instead.

Good afternoon, I have been trying to get in touch with a representative to discuss my concerns regarding my PP19A42 Tractor, Serial Number 071117A052121. Despite keeping my tires properly inflated, I have had to replace the front tires three times in the last three years due to a non-adjustable Toe in defect. I have been advised that the fix is to replace the fixed Drag Link assembly with an adjustable one. I kindly request the adjustable Drag Link Assembly to be sent to me at no cost due to this known manufacturing defect by Poulan. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue. Several others in my community have indicated experiencing the same problem, and we are looking for a swift resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I anticipate your prompt response.
