I am looking to transfer my prescription from WM for Trentinoin Cream and would like to know the cost for a 45-gram tube with an approved prior authorization. I have spent nearly an hour on the phone speaking to 4 different representatives, only to receive conflicting information from each one. I am frustrated with the lack of clarity and would appreciate speaking to a knowledgeable pharmacy technician. The current situation with Humana has been extremely frustrating, and I hope to resolve this soon.

As a new user of Ozempic injections, I mistakenly thought each syringe contained a single 0.5 mg dose, leading me to prematurely discard the pen after one use. To my surprise, my pharmacist explained there are actually 4 doses per pen. Unfortunately, I have to wait until September second for a replacement. I contacted Humana customer service, only to be met with a discouraging response regarding their policy on replacing medications. Despite the automated reply, their recording insisted on caring for my well-being. I am seeking a prescription override to obtain my diabetes medication as soon as possible. Mistakes happen, and I hope for a resolution that prioritizes my health.

A few months back, I was shocked when Humana refused to cover my testosterone treatment, leading me to suffer withdrawal symptoms for weeks. My testosterone level dropped to 70, dangerously low. Once Humana gave the approval, I regained my health. So, why, after three months, are they now hesitating to approve my treatment once again? I find myself going through withdrawal once more. This unfortunate cycle has convinced me to advocate for the reform of the health insurance system. It's frustrating to feel at the mercy of insurance companies like Humana, who seem to prioritize profits over patients' well-being.

I was unexpectedly canceled on 12/31/19 without any notification. Despite my payment to Humana on January 21, [redacted], I was unaware of the cancellation and now seek to purchase a new Medicare Part D plan. I am inquiring about the cost, coverage start date, and if the $79.80 payment can be applied to premiums. My previous member number was H[redacted]5 under the name Katie L. Evans, born on 7.25.[redacted]. Kindly reply to the email provided promptly. Thank you, Katie.

Harold E. Adkins II here. My account ends in [redacted], and my billing ID is [redacted]20-[redacted]. I recently got my monthly coupon book. I began coverage with the Jan. I have attempted both Text and Email options for the required 2-Step Verification code but have never received the code. Support attempted to resolve this issue twice but was unsuccessful. They had to reset my account and start over. Initially, it works for the first login, but upon logging out and trying to log back in the same browser window, even after registering the device and receiving a confirmation email, it claims the device is unregistered and tries to send the code repeatedly via SMS and Email, but it is never received. I am extremely concerned about the cybersecurity of my data if a website struggles to execute such a basic function and cannot determine the cause of the failure.

Hello, my name is Robert Brown. I can be reached at [redacted]. My address is [redacted] Charlestown Memphis Rd, Charlestown, IN [redacted]. In October [redacted], I purchased a book from Amazon titled "What Would Rockefeller Do" and was satisfied with my purchase. I made the payment using a credit card which I no longer have due to being hacked. I have no checking or savings accounts at the moment due to a previous hacking incident. Recently, I received a notice from the bank associated with the now closed credit card stating there are 4 months of overdue charges for Amazon Prime. I was unaware of these charges and would like them to be resolved. I am uncertain about the charges as I did not knowingly sign up for Amazon Prime. The accumulating debt and late fees have caused distress. Due to personal family emergencies, this issue has been put on hold and needs attention. I request the cancellation of Amazon Prime and a reimbursement for the unknown charges. Our credit scores have been negatively impacted by this situation, dropping from the mid-800s to the mid-700s. Kindly contact us directly as we prefer to resolve this without involving attorneys. Thank you, Bob and Kate.

Dear Humana, I recently experienced difficulties with my prescription plan after updating my credit card due to unauthorized access. I only realized the issue when I faced challenges in obtaining my medication six weeks ago. Despite promptly rectifying the payment, I was informed that my coverage will not be reinstated until the next open enrollment period, leaving me without medication for 8 months. As someone who relies on ten daily prescriptions, this situation is concerning. I kindly request Humana to reinstate my prescription plan for the remainder of the year, as I was unaware of any issues with the credit card change until mid-March. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Daniel M. Sullivan
