I am reaching out to express my disappointment regarding a show that I watch regularly being removed from Hulu. Although I understand the business perspective, as a paying customer, it is frustrating to lose access to content I enjoy. Both "The First 48" and "Homicide Hunter" have seasons that are currently unavailable on your platform, which adds to my disappointment. Despite these issues, I choose to continue using your service. "Roseanne" was a show that my husband and I appreciated, and I am disappointed by recent events. I do not plan to cancel my subscription, but I wanted to share my concerns about the content being offered. I hope that there may be a resolution to these issues.

I am canceling my Hulu account because I spend more time watching ads than enjoying the shows I want to watch. There are many other ad-free options for movies and shows at a similar price, making Hulu no longer worth $8 a month for me. Additionally, Hulu has been deducting money from my account on the 14th of every month, but this month they tried to take it out on the 10th, causing me to lose 4 days of service. I paid for 39 days but only got 26 until they prompted me to update my payment details.

I believe I can only access this information by signing up for the free trial. Because I haven't purchased the stick needed and will be on vacation for 11 days starting tomorrow, I can't do it right now. I subscribed to a one-month trial but had issues with my Smart TV, so I purchased a Roku. However, I cannot activate Hulu on Roku without paying a $[redacted] registration fee. I am not willing to pay for this and have reported the issue to the Attorney General due to false advertising and potential elderly abuse (I am 88). Is there an alternative way for me to access Hulu without using Roku? Your assistance is appreciated.

Firstly, it would be much appreciated if customers could have the option to call for assistance rather than solely relying on online support, which often seems unreliable.
My account is inaccessible due to repeated loading errors. Several shows, such as South Park and Robot Chicken, are not playing correctly on the platform.
I have already ruled out issues with my Internet connection after contacting Spectrum for help. Requesting a prompt resolution to rectify these ongoing issues.

My Hulu subscription has expired, yet I continue to be billed on my credit card for service I cannot access. I attempted to find a contact number to address this issue without success. I kindly request a refund for the charges incurred from July to October [redacted] as I have not been able to use Hulu since July. I was unable to stream on any of my devices. When I contacted the support center, CHRISTIAN G. hung up on me after being on hold for over thirty minutes. I was frustrated and he did not provide his last name. When he inquired about error messages, I mentioned the issue was happening across different devices - android phone, work iPhone, Mac, PC, smart TV, Chromecast, and Firestick. Instead of acknowledging an outage or offering a solution, he was unhelpful. When I requested to speak to his manager, he claimed no one was available, which I found unacceptable. After refusing to be put on hold again, he ended the call. The customer service experience was extremely poor. Subsequent calls to address the issue resulted in immediate hang-ups. I am currently waiting on hold for 45 more minutes. Contacting the company via email or phone seems impossible. The lack of assistance is frustrating, especially considering the amount I pay for this service.

I am in the military and travel frequently, which is why I decided to cancel my cable subscription and switch to Hulu. However, due to an 8-month temporary duty assignment, I am unable to access my Hulu account as it keeps asking me to log in from my home location. This is frustrating because one of the main devices I watch Hulu on is now blocked. I received messages indicating that my login attempts are maxed out, which happened because before leaving home, the system repeatedly prompted me to assign a new home location even though it was the same device in the same house. Now, [redacted] miles away from home, I am unable to watch live TV on my phone or other devices despite paying for the service.

I'm frustrated! I've been trying to cancel this subscription for days! I keep getting an error with the password, and when I try to reset it, the link takes too long to arrive, leaving me unable to sign in. Without being able to sign in, I can't reach out for help. I haven't been able to use the subscription because it crashes every time I try to watch a show. Please cancel my subscription as soon as possible.

I have been attempting to contact you since last Friday. Every time I try, I encounter a "page not available" message or some other frustrating issue. Calling your customer service number with a [redacted] area code resulted in waits exceeding 1.5 hours, while using the non-toll free number led to nearly an hour of waiting. When I attempted to utilize the wait and call back feature, it insisted on texting a 4-digit code to proceed. Despite three attempts, I have yet to receive the required code as indicated on your site. I was eager to take advantage of your 99 cents per month service offer, but it seems inaccessible and unattainable. Your practices appear deceptive and unreliable. The inability to access your services or even leave a message due to unanswered calls reflects poorly on your organization. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of transparency. I hope your weekend and beginning of the week were equally as distressing as you have made mine.

I am experiencing difficulty with Hulu on my iPhone. I typically use my phone as a remote to stream, but after picking a show and attempting to cast it via Chromecast, my TV screen shows "ready to cast" but does not progress further. Meanwhile, my phone continuously shows a loading symbol without starting the show. Interestingly, my husband faces no issues with his phone, which has not been updated like mine. Despite deleting and reinstalling the Hulu app, the problem persists.

As a long-time Hulu subscriber, I appreciate the service but want to address the overwhelming number of emails I receive. While I can explore shows on my own, the excessive emails featuring the same information under the "new/recently added" tab feel bothersome. I kindly request to discontinue these emails. Alternatively, I propose a compensation of $5.00 per email, applied retroactively, if this falls outside Hulu's customer care approach. I believe handling this matter via email communication is most efficient. I prefer a positive interaction, acknowledging the value Hulu offers, but the continuous emails are intrusive. I have been experiencing continuous issues with my Hulu live TV for approximately three days now. Each time I try to relax and watch shows like CNN and CNBC after work, the programs freeze and I am faced with the error code P-TS207. Despite calling customer service three times, I am not keen on waiting on hold for extended periods and speaking to representatives for nearly an hour each time. This email serves as my attempt to address the matter, as I am contemplating switching to a different streaming service. A credit of one week to my account was provided as a resolution, but I find this inadequate given the inconvenience caused. While in South Carolina, I subscribed to Hulu Plus on my PC. It worked well during my visit and continued without any issues on my computer and tablet upon returning home to Richboro, PA. Recently, I purchased two Amazon Firesticks for my TVs. I have set up one in the family room and am currently exploring it.
I noticed that while I can watch the Smithsonian station on my PC without any problems, the Firestick is prompting me to start a 7-day subscription that then transitions to a $4.99 monthly add-on. I have logged in on the Firestick and expected to access all my available Hulu stations, similar to my PC and tablet experience. It's important to mention that I only use one Hulu instance at a time.

I've noticed several series in my "keep watching" list come to an abrupt halt right in the middle of intense scenes. For example, "If Loving You is Wrong" left me on edge with unresolved storylines like a woman hanging herself and another trapped in a fire. It's frustrating when shows don't have proper closure. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, and it's getting disappointing. I'm considering finding a different service because these unresolved endings are unsatisfactory.

I am looking for assistance in restoring my Hulu app. Recently, I faced issues with my Xfinity service that impacted my Amazon account. Xfinity made changes that increased my bill without my consent, affecting my streaming speed and causing disruptions with my TV and Fire Stick. After a difficult three days, I managed to lower my bill back to $56 from $90, and my TV and Amazon apps are functioning correctly again. However, I am now unable to access my Hulu app. When I try to open it, I am redirected to a trial subscription page and am unable to restore the channel.

We have a 1-year-old Sony Bravia TV as our primary television. We are facing an issue where we can see the picture on Hulu but cannot hear any sound. Interestingly, when we switch to an older, smaller Samsung TV, we can enjoy both picture and sound, proving that our signal strength is sufficient. Despite selecting the "Standard" sound option on the Sony TV (as Stereo or Normal are not available), we have tested both the TV sound and a soundbar with no success.
We have attempted various online suggestions to troubleshoot without success. Currently, we are exploring Hulu TV as an alternative to our current Spectrum TV service. However, we require assistance in resolving the sound problem on our Sony TV, or else we may have to discontinue using Hulu. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble removing shows from "my Stuff". The online instructions are not accurate. I have tried following the TV instructions, but I cannot find the "details" section to remove shows. I also tried the online instructions, but nothing seems to work. It is frustrating that the website is not fully functional. This level of service is unacceptable.

I'm frustrated that I can't reach a real person! I recently upgraded my Disney Plus subscription to the bundle with Hulu and ESPN. I used to pay $75 weekly, but once I combined the services, I lost access to Disney+ and Hulu. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime.
