Hugoboss.com Customer Service Issues

I recently sent a watch for repair via Goldsmiths, where it was purchased, to Hugo Boss for assessment. Unfortunately, I was informed that it cannot be repaired because the necessary piece is no longer available. The watch was a sentimental gift for my son's 18th birthday in January [redacted]. Despite one previous repair, it has now become unfixable after detaching from his wrist. This situation is disappointing since we believed Hugo Boss to be a high-quality and reputable brand. We hope for a resolution without escalation. We also purchased a Hugo Boss watch for our daughter's 18th birthday and hope it lasts longer than four years.
