Our return policy at Hugoboss.com allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Customers can choose to receive a refund to the original payment method or opt for store credit. Online purchases can be returned by mail or at any HUGO BOSS store. For in-store returns, customers need to bring the original order confirmation or packing slip. A prepaid return label is included with the online order for mail returns, making it convenient and free for customers. Please note that items purchased in-store cannot be returned via mail.
