I have been experiencing issues with my Huawei Honor 4C recently. My messaging app is not sending text messages, as they seem to be stuck on "sending..." Also, I have trouble receiving messages promptly, sometimes receiving them hours later, multiple times over both SIM cards. Another problem is with my app installer, which is slow and sometimes unable to install apps at all.

I noticed in the image that only half of the sensor was triggered for water damage, located at the edge of the phone. Most manufacturer policies require more than one sensor to activate. How can I be certain that the sensor didn't trigger during the flight to your location, as it was in an unpressurized cabin beyond my control? I genuinely believe my phone did not have water damage. I hope that Huawei will honor their warranty and provide a replacement device. If they do not, I may need to pursue legal action, involving the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau, as well as my substantial social media following. Thank you, E.Q.

Dear support, We are currently using the Huawei [redacted] OLT alongside multiple multi-port ONU devices, namely the SmartAX5670 and SmartAX5671. The issue we are facing is that a Huawei engineer has informed us that it is not feasible for ONU devices to establish links with each other. This means that devices connected to one ONU cannot communicate with devices connected to a different ONU on the network. All of our ONU devices are connected to the [redacted] OLT. I am finding it hard to believe that devices connected to different ONUs are unable to interact with one another on the network. I am requesting a visit from a senior engineer to our school (Xi'an Liangjiatan International School) to assess the situation. If it is indeed impossible for devices connected through different ONUs to communicate, I would appreciate guidance on an alternative solution. The majority of our school's infrastructure consists of Huawei devices, and we have established connectivity across the network; however, this recent development challenges that connectivity. Please contact me directly at +86-[redacted]6 or [redacted] Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello, I am having trouble with my Huawei Model LDN-LX2. When trying to answer calls, I cannot drag the green phone icon to the right as it is unresponsive. Additionally, when making calls which require inputting codes or account numbers, the numbers are not recognized, leading to messages like "Sorry, the number is invalid" or "...does not recognize...". The issue seems to affect functions involving menus, but basic calling and texting are still operational. I purchased this pre-paid handset on 11th September [redacted]. How can these problems be resolved? Thank you, Janet

Hello Support Team, I am a customer with a Huawei Ascend G510 who encountered issues after attempting to root the phone. Following my attempt to unroot, the phone began to repeatedly restart after each boot-up. Despite my efforts to fix it, including trying to update back to the original ROM, I have not been successful. I discovered that the bootloader is locked, and my searches for solutions have been fruitless. I even reached out to Huawei UK support, but unfortunately, they confirmed that the Huawei unlock code service is no longer available. Desperate to save my phone, I am kindly requesting the bootloader unlock code. Below are some details about my phone: - S/N: U6V9M13C[redacted]5 - IMEI: [redacted][redacted] - MAC: 3CDFBDF73B55 Information from 'About Phone': - Phone Model: HUAWEI G[redacted] - Build Number: G[redacted]V100R001C00B193 - Serial Number: 3CDFBDF732D2 I understand the service is discontinued, but I believe this old phone still deserves attention. I hope you can assist me. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Saeed S. (✿◕ᴗ◕)

I own a Huawei P20 Lite that recently fell and has a small opening on the upper right side, though it's still functioning well. I took it to City Light Service Center, where they recommended replacing the motherboard, TP module, and charging a service fee totaling 10,[redacted]. I believe only the back housing needs to be replaced. After declining the repairs, I received my phone back, but now it shows a "software install failed" message. City Light insists on the full repair amount. I'm disappointed as my phone was working despite being slightly bent. I'm frustrated with their service and hope for a resolution as I value my Huawei device. Thank you for any assistance.

Hello, I have a HUAWEI P8 Lite [redacted] and I am having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi in Miami, Florida. I am unable to see the correct network name in the available Wi-Fi list, and I am not prompted to enter the Wi-Fi code. I've noticed that my daughter and others can see and connect to the network I am looking for, but it does not show up on my device. This is the first time I've encountered this issue with this phone in the two years I've had it. Can you provide me with a step-by-step protocol on how to troubleshoot when a Wi-Fi network is in range but not appearing in the list of available networks? Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Sir, I recently acquired a Huawei 4G router, model B612-[redacted], from Orange Morocco. While the 4G signal is strong at [redacted]%, I am encountering two main issues. Firstly, the WiFi coverage is limited to 6-7 meters and occasionally stops working temporarily. Despite using two WiFi repeaters, specifically the 300Mbs WiFi Range Extender TL-WA860RE and EDIMAXEW-7438RPn, I have been unable to extend the signal successfully. The TP-Link WiFi Range Extender TL-WA860RE functions for only 30 seconds after configuring before disconnecting or reconnecting without internet access. This repeater works flawlessly with my DSL D-Link router, model [redacted] U. Despite my troubleshooting efforts, including router resets and varied channel configurations, neither Orange Maroc nor TP-Link support could provide a solution. TP-Link recommended contacting the router manufacturer for further assistance. Any help on resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, M. Ezekari Model: B612-[redacted] Internet Provider: Orange S/N: GQQ7S[redacted]1 Date of Purchase: 06 May [redacted]

Hello, I am Marissa L. from Surigao City, Surigao del Norte, Philippines. I have been a loyal Huawei user for many years and also sell Huawei Products at the store I used to work at. Recently, I purchased a HUAWEI Y5 LITE in December [redacted] as a Christmas gift for my mother from OMG Store in our city. Despite it being an entry-level model, my mother encountered a factory defect after 6 months of use. I followed the store's protocol to claim the warranty, but it has been a challenging experience. The store informed me of delays due to the pandemic and mentioned a 6-month wait time for repair at the service center in Cagayan de Oro City. However, even after a year, I have not received any updates on the status of the phone. Despite reaching out to the service center and sales agent, I have not received any concrete information. While I have enjoyed using Huawei products, I am extremely disappointed with the poor after-sales service experience. I hope to hear back soon. Thank you. HUAWEI Y5 LITE (IMEI1: [redacted][redacted], IMEI2: [redacted][redacted] S/N: VUY9K19b[redacted]9).

Hello, I was hoping to get some help. I have a HUAWEI P30 Pro phone, known to be waterproof, but after getting it wet over the weekend, it stopped working completely. Unfortunately, I've lost all my holiday photos. While the phone seems fine physically, the screen displays "EMUI eRecovery" and I've tried various options like factory reset and recovery but it keeps looping back. I've also had issues with my cloud payments since changing my bank card, losing data since 1st June. Any advice on why the phone broke and if it can be repaired would be appreciated. I'm puzzled since it's been fine with water exposure before, such as when cycling in the rain where it only gets a few splashes. Not sure if the hot weather could have played a role in this.

I need to urgently contact Huawei China about a complaint regarding the unprofessional treatment I received from Huawei Egypt and Huawei Middle East. I'm upset and frustrated and need assistance with a warranty-related issue. My device suffered water damage, and after contacting Huawei Middle East, I was directed to a service center in Egypt. The center stated the device had a manufacturer defect but couldn't repair it under warranty for Egypt. They offered a costly repair or return of the device. I reached out again, and after multiple delays, I was informed Egypt could only partially repair the device, not fully under warranty. I've experienced a similar water resistance issue with previous Huawei devices. I'm seeking a satisfactory solution and explanation for this recurring problem.

I am from Lebanon. My name is Veronique M., and I am facing a significant issue. My Huawei device was damaged in the Beirut blast explosion. Our situation is critical, and we have appeared on many Lebanese TV channels to shed light on our dire circumstances. Our house was destroyed, my mother has multiple myeloma cancer, and my sister was injured and has become disabled due to the explosion. My mother requires 11 million Lebanese lira worth of cancer medications weekly. I am urgently requesting a new Huawei mobile device to be provided to me free of charge as a long-time customer. I am hoping you can escalate my case to the international headquarters for a swift resolution. Please contact me directly at the provided number. Thank you.
