I recently purchased a Chamberlain Homelink Repeater. Unfortunately, the remote came without a clip and is not functioning properly, it doesn't close or open the door as expected. Additionally, I am facing issues with the homelink on my [redacted] Lexus RX350, where it does not light up or operate. I have verified the continuity of the two fuses related to the garage door opener indicated in the manual, and they seem to be in working condition. Interestingly, the homelink in my [redacted] Toyota Sequoia is working perfectly. I wish the remote that came with the new repeater would cooperate so I could use it with my Lexus.

I own a [redacted] Lexus ES350, and the Homelink feature is not programming with the new Security+ 2.0 garage door opener. Previously, it worked well with another opener and still works on the other garage door. I attempted to troubleshoot using Homelink's help page, but they mention they don't offer customer support for older car models, despite stating that 2[redacted] ES models are compatible. I have heard that Homelink might offer a compatibility bridge for our vehicle.

Last week on Thursday, I contacted Homelink via email or chat to address an issue with my garage door opener. Unfortunately, the information provided was incorrect, resulting in me purchasing a remote that does not work for my model, [redacted]8D. Homelink on my garage door stopped working suddenly. When I tried to reprogram it, the light was orange instead of green. Even after following all the steps, the light never turned solid green. I tried holding buttons, using the learning button, and even disconnecting the garage unit for a few minutes. Nothing seemed to work. Using chat support for programming Homelink feels inefficient. It would be much quicker to have a simple phone call to sort out the issue. I appreciate any assistance to get my Homelink working properly again.
