Despite my requests to speak to management, I was only directed to a team leader and faced significant delays in resolving my appliance issues. The compensation offered doesn't come close to covering my losses, and I feel let down by Hisense's lack of a proper complaints department. As a result, I've resorted to buying non-perishable foods only. My Hisense appliances, which cost me $[redacted] AUD, now feel like expensive ornaments rather than functional essentials. I'm disappointed with the overall experience and wish to escalate my concerns to a higher management level to address the frustration I have towards Hisense.

I recently purchased my first home and decided to opt for Hisense products. In December [redacted], I bought a (mirror) Fridge from Game. Unfortunately, in December [redacted], the upper part of the fridge stopped getting cold enough while the deep freezer started forming too much ice. Despite following the instructions in the booklet, the issue persists. I contacted Game for support, but it was three days after the one-year warranty had lapsed.
On November 28, [redacted], I purchased a U962 from Edgars. Despite following the charging instructions, the phone's battery dropped from [redacted]% to 98% when I removed the charger without using it. Within a week, it showed a "storage full" error message, even though I had inserted a 32GB memory card purchased from the same store. The phone began experiencing further problems, like unresponsive keypads making it unusable. I returned it to Edgars on December 14, [redacted], after just two weeks of use. Despite having all the necessary paperwork, Edgars refused to replace the phone due to their limited 7-day warranty policy and opted for repairs instead.
I have been without a phone since December due to these issues. I am dissatisfied with Hisense products' quality and reliability. Even if the phone gets repaired, I have concerns it will face ongoing problems. I was also discouraged from purchasing a Hisense washing machine by a Game salesperson in December [redacted] due to customer complaints. I am requesting a new, high-quality phone from Hisense as compensation, not the U962 model. I believe some form of compensation is warranted considering the issues with both the fridge and the phone.

I have a Hisense 40-inch LED TV model 40N2176P. I initially used HDMI port 1 for my PS4 and utilized HDMI CEC to control it, which was very convenient. However, when I connected an Android TV box to HDMI port 2, I couldn't use HDMI CEC with my PS4 anymore. I went to the TV setup menu, but the PS4 connection didn't appear in the device list despite multiple attempts. I had to reset my TV to resolve the issue, but it reoccurs every time I connect my Android TV box to HDMI port 2. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

My 55-inch Hisense smart TV suddenly lost sound, even though the picture quality remains excellent. Both the remote and the TV buttons are unresponsive. I have only owned the TV for a little over a year and still have the receipt and original packaging. I've seen similar complaints from over a hundred other customers, indicating a common technical issue on Hisense's end. Despite trying to exchange it at Wal-Mart, I was unsuccessful. I am willing to return the TV to your company and receive a new one. The numerous negative reviews about this particular issue highlight the severity of the problem. I bought a HiSense portable air conditioner, and it's been a daily struggle. Some nights it works, others it can't cool below 70 degrees. Despite my attempts to adjust its position, elevation, air duct placement, and temperature settings, as well as managing the water, the unit behaves randomly. The biggest issue is the loud popping noise, akin to rocks hitting it, disrupting our sleep. None of my friends with other brands' portable air conditioners have these issues. Considering a baby is on the way, this defective unit causing disturbances is unacceptable.

I have been waiting for manager approval since Friday, July 12, for a refund for the Hisense fridge I purchased from The Brick Sarnia. The fridge stopped working due to a seal problem, and since they no longer carry the same model, a replacement is not an option. I have been advised by a supervisor, Mr. R, to wait 24 hours for the manager's approval for the refund. Despite following up on Monday and today, I have not been able to reach the manager for approval. It has been frustrating to receive the same response each time, indicating the need for manager approval. Can someone please expedite the process and provide the necessary approval to refund my money so I can purchase a new fridge from another local store? If I select continue, I encounter another error stating, "This page isn't available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else." Hello, I have a pressing technical query regarding the Hisense portable air conditioner model number AP1019CW1G that I am interested in purchasing.

I purchased my Hisense refrigerator from Lowe's located at Shank Farm Way in Hagerstown, MD [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to adjust the settings with guidance from Hisense customer service, it continues to run excessively cold. This has resulted in my food freezing, leading to the disposal of almond milk, sour cream, romaine lettuce, leaf lettuce, spinach, carrots, and celery. Even my beverages like iced tea end up as slush. I am particularly concerned about my pricey injectable medication freezing. Despite reaching out to Lowe's and Hisense multiple times, there is no service date scheduled due to the technician's unavailability. At this point, I simply wish for a replacement refrigerator. The inconvenience of constantly discarding food, visiting the store frequently for fresh items, and worrying about medication stability is unsustainable for me.

My name is Colin Precious, and I am from England, but I have been residing in the Algarve, Portugal for the past 25 years. On May 10th of this year, we experienced a power surge at our property, caused by an electrical fault from our electricity supplier, E.D.P. This incident resulted in various electrical equipment, including our Hisense Fridge-Freezer, becoming inoperative. As the Freezer was still under warranty, I reached out to the supplier, WORTEN, who instructed me to use only their approved service company, TRITECNICA in Faro, to maintain the warranty. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a complete disaster. It took 65 days, until July 14th, for the unit to be repaired, with a demand for an immediate payment of [redacted] euros. The engineer was unprofessional, rude, and insisted on payment before completing the repair. Despite repeated requests, I had to personally visit TRITECNICA to obtain necessary paperwork for reclaiming the repair costs from E.D.P. I must stress that the company and its staff conducted themselves in an unprofessional and discourteous manner, particularly the engineer, Reuban. In conclusion, I would not recommend or purchase another Hisense product after this experience, and I hope to avoid technical issues during the extended warranty period.

I am struggling to find the 4 screws that attach the stand legs on my TV, referred to as support. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a receipt, and without it, they won't assist me with replacement screws. Even though I am willing to purchase the screws, the support person was unhelpful citing that the TV was bought over 90 days ago and the lack of a receipt. All I need is the correct screw size, and I could potentially buy them from a hardware store or have them mailed to me. I am even willing to pay for them. Due to this bad customer service experience, I am unlikely to buy any Hisense products in the future and will inform others through social media. Just 4 screws could make the difference between keeping a customer or losing one forever.

Subsequent attempts to address malfunctions and obtain a suitable replacement have been met with delays and unhelpful responses. Hello, I recently bought a Hisense washing machine and have had it for over a year. It started leaking water and making a terrible noise. Luckily, I have extra insurance with Domestic and General. Despite the issue occurring within the warranty period, I was informed that Hisense doesn't repair drums. An engineer who visited found the drum bent and the bearings failing. However, following this, customer services claim the engineer's report states there's nothing wrong. I provided a video of the issue and proof of purchase, but now they want another opinion. I'm currently without a usable washing machine, which is very frustrating.

I waited the entire day for the washing machine repair technician to arrive, but nobody showed up. I called the customer service line three times and each time I was assured that I was on the technician's list for the day. When I called again at 3 pm, I was given a definite time of between 4 and 6 pm. This kind of service is unacceptable, as I care for an ill person who relies on the washing machine. It's disappointing to be given false hope. I fear you don't grasp the impact of your actions, especially in uncertain times when companies are failing. The last call I made was to confirm the engineer was coming, but now I suspect it was just a ploy since the office was closing soon. My next step may be to contact the ombudsman.

I reported an issue with my washing machine on May 10th at Game stores where I purchased it. The technician came on May 15th to address the leakage problem, but on May 16th, the issue persisted during my laundry. After contacting the technician, who promised to return but didn't, I lodged a complaint at Game stores on May 30th. The technician returned on June 7th for a second repair, instructing to contact Hisense directly should the problem reoccur. Unfortunately, on August 14th, the machine started leaking once more, marking the third occurrence. Despite attempting to reach Hisense customer service, I couldn't get through due to waiting time and airtime issues. Despite the time and money spent already, all I seek is help to repair or replace the washing machine.

My Hisense refrigerator door constantly freezes shut. In September, Abbots Appliance in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, assessed the issue and recommended new tracks. I proceeded with the repair payment, but they never returned. Due to their inability to obtain the necessary parts, I canceled the repair. To date, I haven't received a refund, as they claim they are awaiting reimbursement from Hisense. I need assistance confirming if they indeed ordered and paid for the parts that were never delivered.

I have a Hisense refrigerator purchased in July [redacted], which is not even 1 1/2 years old. The refrigerator part has stopped working while the freezer is still functioning. Despite calling four days ago and following up each day, I have yet to receive a call back for repair or replacement as promised by customer service. Without a working fridge, I had to discard all the food and am unable to restock. I urgently require assistance to fix the refrigerator but have had no luck getting in touch with anyone. This experience has left me extremely frustrated. I am disappointed in the lack of support from Hisense and Lowes. The manager's dismissive response only added to my dissatisfaction, with no effort made to resolve the issue.
