I was recently banned from Hinge for a "violation of community guidelines" without any explanation. I only used the app for less than a day and had innocent conversations with less than 10 matches. After reviewing the guidelines, I am certain I did not break any of them. I did not misrepresent myself, use inappropriate language, or harass anyone. Being banned without reason has greatly impacted my dating options as a remote worker. I want to appeal this decision beyond just emailing Hinge. I have been a loyal customer for years and find it unfair to be banned without warning or a chance to be reinstated.

I encountered a dishonest individual named Frank on the platform. He claimed to be a chef from Napa Valley but later revealed he was from Chicago. We had conversations off-site for two weeks. Unfortunately, he turned out to be a time-waster, refusing to meet and only asking for my photos without reciprocating. He resorted to psychological abuse by gaslighting me, dismissing my concerns. When I inquired about meeting, he accused me of overthinking. Despite his behavior, I stayed respectful. This person's actions are unacceptable, and I believe he should be banned from the platform to prevent further psychological harm to others. It's concerning how he could affect vulnerable individuals.

I am reaching out a second time as I had an unhelpful experience with the previous representative. I paid Rs6100 for a 3-month subscription for Hinge, which has been deducted from my account, but my subscription is not active. Despite being new to Hinge and never having subscribed before, I am facing this issue. Attached are the error message I received when trying to restore the subscription and proof of payment. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution.

I am attempting to purchase a 3-month HingeX subscription for $99.99, but when I try, I receive a Transaction Error message. According to Hinge support, this could be because my Apple ID is linked to a subscription on a different account or if I am a Hinge Beta Tester. They suggest deleting my old Hinge account first before subscribing again. Although my current Apple ID subscription supposedly ended on November 19th, [redacted], I am unsure if I have another account on this Apple ID and I am not a Hinge Beta tester. Can someone advise me on how to proceed to successfully subscribe to HingeX?

I am extremely disappointed by your company for the following reasons:
I signed up for a one-month trial of your dating services. I spent a lot of time writing responses and comments on the profiles provided, but most interactions didn't lead anywhere. To my surprise, without canceling my trial, an additional 60 € was deducted from my account. This was not my intention. I work hard for my modest income.
I am unsure how seriously you will take this matter. If you are willing, I kindly request a refund of the 59.99 € charged for the second month, and I will consider the issue resolved. Otherwise, it seems you may not be concerned about this situation.

I signed up for a week of Hinge X and I must say I am extremely frustrated. Apart from the unlimited likes feature, I didn't notice many other benefits. Even with my customized preferences, it seemed ineffective. Surprisingly, I actually received fewer likes during my $25 subscription period. It's disheartening to spend that amount of money and not see any improvement in my matches. I regret investing in the subscription, hoping to have access to a broader range of men and increase my chances of making connections. Ironically, I felt like I got more matches when I wasn't using the paid features. I would appreciate it if I could get a refund.

My account got banned without any valid reason. I always maintain appropriate content and never sent any inappropriate messages. This morning, I found out that I couldn't access my account and received the ban notification. I rely on this dating app in Manhattan, and the lack of customer support is worrying. Considering reaching out to the BBB for assistance or pursuing legal action since I have a subscription.

While conversing with someone special, my account was unexpectedly removed, displaying a message stating: "Your account has been deleted, you are prohibited from using Hinge due to a violation of our terms of service. Additional information can be accessed. I am unaware of the circumstances that led to this action. Kindly provide a justifiable explanation, or I will seek legal recourse to safeguard my interests.
