I was informed that my package would be picked up today, August 8th, between 8 am and 8 pm. I waited all day, but no one came. I tried contacting Hermes through various numbers, but it was unproductive. This experience has been frustrating, and I have decided not to use their services again. My customer is eagerly waiting for the parcel, and I've already paid for the service. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach them on a valid phone line. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. - Susan R. (Mrs.)

Hello,
I wanted to share my recent experience with Hermes regarding parcel number H00F6A[redacted]. On February 14th at 4pm, Hermes picked up my parcel which unfortunately got lost. Despite reaching out to Clevia (Europe) and Customs, I have had no luck in receiving a reply or solution. The last update from Hermes was that the parcel was last seen five days ago, which was a month ago. The lost parcel contains a laser level unit for DIY purposes. If I don't see any resolution soon, I am prepared to take legal action as advised by Customs for breach of contract. I have exhausted all avenues to locate the parcel, and I am determined to pursue this matter. Sincerely, Kenneth S.
