I was expecting a delivery today at my address, 8 Radnor Court. Although my partner was home, I received a notification that the package was delivered and even a photo showing it was left in a front door's letterbox. The issue is, I live in a flat complex without individual letterboxes on front doors. Additionally, the item wouldn't fit through a letterbox anyway. After searching nearby streets, I couldn't find a matching door. Upon closer inspection of the package address in the photo, it's clear it doesn't match mine. I suspect that the delivery driver might have taken my order. I paid for expedited delivery for Christmas, and now my child might not receive their gift. Please contact me urgently to resolve this.

I encountered an issue with a parcel delivery handled by Hermes due to a security concern. After contacting Hermes customer service, the representative informed me they would follow up with the courier and provide me with details via email promptly.
However, I waited almost 48 hours without receiving any email. Upon inquiring again, I was informed that the initial email was not sent to the correct person, requiring the process to be restarted.
With an upset customer awaiting the parcel before Christmas - which was dispatched on the 11th through Hermes - prompt resolution is essential. Refunding the customer is on hold until I confirm the non-delivery status. Additionally, I need guidance on retrieving the item.
The item's worth is £80, intensifying the frustration for all parties involved.

I made an order for next day delivery on Pretty Little Thing on December 20th, but the items have not arrived despite receiving multiple texts stating the delivery was coming. There were discrepancies in the delivery attempts mentioned in the messages, and it seems unlikely that an attempt was made as no one was home. The usual safe place for deliveries was not utilized, and no notification was left regarding a missed delivery. Considering these issues, I would like to know the location of the depot where my package might be and if I have the option to collect it myself, given the delivery challenges experienced. I had an online chat on Thursday, 20th December [redacted], with Gaurav Pithe but have not heard anything since. I informed them that tracking for [redacted][redacted] shows the package was delivered to Martins (McColls) but the store denies receiving parcels from HERMES and doesn't have it. Gaurav Pithe requested my full name and email, which I provided as [redacted] and CHRISTOPHER HOGG. They assured me they would investigate and get back to me via email in 24-48 hours after raising the issue with their team. Gaurav Pithe mentioned they would also inform the courier. I thanked them, and they said goodbye and disconnected.

Recently, I tried the perfume Jour d'Hermes in "Gardenia" at an airport, and I was impressed by its fresh and delicate soapy scent. However, after purchasing a $[redacted] bottle at Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA, I found the scent to be heavy and not reminiscent of the tester. My package with tracking number P2G [redacted]8, which left on December 7th, still hasn't been delivered despite 21 tracking history entries. I tried contacting Parcel2Go through 6 Live Chats, but the operators were unable to assist me beyond their scripted responses. I requested the parcel be returned three times to no avail. Hermes hasn't been helpful either, with their phone number on the website not working. I hope Hermes acts promptly and sends the parcel back to me so Royal Mail can deliver it to my customer.

My parcel was scheduled for delivery between 9-11 am today. However, according to the online tracking information, it shows an "attempted delivery" at 11:48 am. This is completely false! We were at home in the kitchen, with clear visibility of the door, and no one from the delivery company came by. No note confirming any delivery attempt was left either. I am not just disappointed, but truly appalled by this dishonesty. It is better to be honest about not being able to deliver on time, rather than lying about it. However, the recipient never received the package despite your records showing it was delivered on 28/12/18 at 12:46. I've consulted with the customer, and we're seeking a full refund of £[redacted].00. I signed up with Hermes and made a purchase for £18.49 via PayPal. The collection for my Computer Parcel from WS4 1PL was delayed until the 8th and intended for delivery to SE28 0RY. The tracking information from Hermes showed conflicting updates, with one indicating the parcel was on the way and another mentioning it would be returned to the sender. Despite multiple chats with their customer service, the situation remains unclear. The tracking information on MyHermes also fluctuates, causing more confusion. Although I was reassured by a representative named CHIRAG that the parcel will reach SE28 0RY today, the uncertainty persists as no one has requested a return of the package. This initial experience with Hermes has been disappointing.

I placed an order with Smyths Toys on 11/1/19 and received a delivery notification from Hermes on 15/1/19 for a 11am-3pm slot. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery, no card was left, and the parcel was signed for by someone at 49 Commercial Street named JOSH. While trying the neighbors, the parcel was nowhere to be found. The Hermes courier admitted to forgetting to leave a card and provided a contact number. This missing parcel was a gift for my 3-year-old Grandson, and now I'm left with no choice but to get a different toy. As a single parent, I cannot afford this loss of a £25+ parcel. I received my parcel today after checking the tracking details. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but the tracking indicated the package was damaged and needed to be repackaged. Upon opening the packages, I discovered that some items were missing - a battery, a charger, and a game cartridge. The packaging appeared to have been torn open, with both envelopes affected. According to the delivery person, the parcels got wet and were open, which seems unlikely to have caused the tear in the bubble wrap lining inside the envelopes. I am concerned about the missing items and would like Hermes to investigate this issue. I believe I should not be held responsible for items potentially being taken from the parcels. I am utterly disappointed by the inconvenience that has ruined my day. I had plans for this evening that I couldn't proceed with due to the unexpected circumstances. I had ordered clothes from Pretty Little Thing on Saturday/Sunday with next day delivery for £8. I arranged for the parcel to be left in the porch since I wouldn't be home between 11 and one as promised in the delivery email. However, to my dismay, the delivery was redirected elsewhere because I wasn't present. The frustration of not receiving the package as instructed is disheartening. I hope my parcel will be promptly delivered tomorrow as promised so I can avoid further inconvenience and disappointment.

Subject: Missing Items in Parcel
I am reaching out regarding parcel ID [redacted][redacted]. The box I received this morning was damaged with a hole and some items are missing. Specifically, 2 children's summer caps with "Shimmer and Shine" characters, a pink wall plaque, and a few other items are damaged or missing. The box was securely taped when sent, but arrived with the tape opened. Additionally, some items seemed dirty and tampered with.
I have raised this concern with Hermes Customer Services but have not received a satisfactory response. The items in the box were important, and this incident has raised doubts about using Hermes in the future. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution and appreciate your attention to this matter.

I placed an order with Debenhams and was informed by Hermes that my parcel was on its way. I waited but it was held for 24 hours. After contacting Debenhams, they informed me that they reordered two parcels. I have yet to receive them. Debenhams mentioned that Hermes claimed the parcels were damaged. However, my delivery person states they are not damaged but have incorrect postage. This has happened several times, and I have never encountered so many delivery issues before. Last year, when a parcel was claimed to be damaged, I asked the delivery person to take pictures to show me, which he did. I am located at Vale View, Titchfield Lane, Wickham Fareham, PO17 5PQ. I recently had a web chat with Khushboo (possibly a pseudonym) regarding my parcel delivery issues with Hermes. The tracking information claims that delivery was attempted on Thursday/Friday, which is false. No calling card was left, and my CCTV shows no delivery attempts on those days when we were home. The webchat claimed the delivery was attempted 47 meters away from my address, which doesn't make sense as it should have been at my address. I am frustrated that Hermes allows such falsehoods in their tracking system. I tried to raise a formal complaint during the web chat, but my requests were continuously ignored. This experience has left me questioning the professionalism and reliability of Hermes as a delivery service. I demand an explanation for these lies and why a delivery company deems it acceptable to falsify delivery attempts. If my parcel is not delivered today, I will continue to escalate the issue until it is resolved properly.

Hello, I wanted to share that I got an email from Hermes indicating that my package was delivered at 11:04 am, but it has not been received. My neighbors did not sign for it, and it was not left in a safe spot. I have reached out to Hermes six times with the tracking number, but they have been unable to connect me with the right person. I arranged for Leah Antonio to have two parcels picked up from our location in Sheffield S10 3HD on January 18th for delivery to Hillside Nursing Home in Romford, Essex. Unfortunately, only one of the parcels reached its destination. The missing parcel was assigned ID number 78-[redacted]-82-[redacted]8-5. It has been challenging for Leah to file a claim for compensation due to the complexity of the process. I was away on holiday until recently, which is why I could not assist promptly. I cannot find my parcel after checking everywhere and asking my neighbors. The tracking information shows it was delivered on Thu 7 February at 10:46 am to Robert Markland at Flat 5 Arden Lea 40. The delivery notes say a safe place was used, but upon inspection, the safe place is not recognized as there is no interior access. This seems like the package could have been delivered to the wrong address. The GPS location verification and delivery photos show the parcel was left at the safe place, but this doesn't match my property.
