I made a purchase on 12/7/19, and my credit card was charged on 12/9/19. After not receiving my order within the 5-day delivery window, I contacted customer service and canceled it on 12/20/19. Despite emails with "THOM" confirming the cancellation, I did not receive my refund. Customer service claimed my order was delivered, but after checking with my neighbors, it was clear it wasn't. I disputed the charge with my credit card company on 1/8/20. According to Thom, my order was canceled due to a lack of product, and I requested a refund. However, I noticed a recent charge on my credit card, and my refund was allegedly refused by Thom. As of 1/15/20, I have not received my order, but my payment of $[redacted].81 was taken on 12/9/19.

One box was expertly wrapped, keeping all 12 bottles of Kal liquid cal-mag intact. However, the second box arrived in a mess. The delivery person from Federal Express handled the leaking box carelessly, leaving a trail of liquid from the truck to the building. Despite our attempt to refuse the damaged package, the delivery person drove off quickly, leaving us to inspect its contents. The leaking package was poorly packed with only styrofoam ovals, causing the bottles to hit each other during transit. As a result, two glass bottles were broken, and the others were sticky with spilled liquid. Notably, only 11 bottles were packed instead of the 12 paid for, with 9 being intact upon delivery. I recommend improving the packing method to prevent breakage. I require a refund for the three damaged bottles or replacements to be sent in a secure package. I placed Order No. HP296549 on July 25, [redacted]. Tracking with No. LV[redacted]46US via Asendia USA shows delivered to an address in the USA on Aug 17, [redacted], but I reside in Israel. Despite sending six emails to [redacted] and www.herbspro.com, no response was received. Phone calls were also unsuccessful. I seek clarification. - Dov Margalit

Upon receiving my package from Herbspro, I detected a strong smell of the product due to leakage. Despite attempting to contact customer support, no one answered my call and my message was left unanswered. I had hoped for a positive customer relationship with Herbspro, but the lack of response is disappointing. I may seek another supplier for my needs. It seems challenging to reach a representative and this does not align with the image of standing behind the products being sold. The current trend of conducting business this way is disheartening.

I placed order #HP362432 on June 21st, and it is now almost July 1st, but the order has not been shipped yet. Despite 24 bottles being listed as available when I ordered, I only ordered 6. Now I'm being told the product is out of stock, even though it wasn't when I made my purchase. I've attempted to contact Herbspro's customer service via phone without success - no one is available to assist. I've since purchased a similar product from Walmart which was promptly shipped. Therefore, I no longer require the 6 bottles of Puritan's Pride Double Strength Phytosterol Complex 2,[redacted] mg. Please cancel this order. Thank you, Wil D.

I purchased a product from Herbspro for $42 and paid an additional $62 for priority shipping, totaling $[redacted]. Despite this, I have not yet received my order and wish to cancel for a refund.
Herbspro.Com canceled my order on July 10th, [redacted], as per my request. However, they have not refunded my money. They claim that I was not charged for the order, which is frustrating as I clearly paid $[redacted].
I am disappointed with Herbspro's lack of transparency and am concerned about getting my money back. I advise others to refrain from purchasing from Herbspro to avoid similar issues.
