Hellman's Mayo Customer Service Issues

Hello, I recently bought a jar of Hellmann's mayonnaise, my go-to brand for years. However, when I used it to make tuna salad, I noticed a change. The texture wasn't the same, and it no longer tasted as good as it used to. I heard that the recipe was recently changed, causing the thick texture to be lost. I am disappointed with this decision and do not like the new mayonnaise at all. It seems like many companies are altering their products, such as Snack Pack pudding and Tastykake pies. I used to enjoy these products, but now they are not the same. It's frustrating to see beloved products being changed for the worse. I wish they would stick to what made them great in the first place. Very disappointed in the changes made by these companies.

I am a loyal consumer of Hellman's mayonnaise, but I've noticed that the bottom of the jar appears black. I am now searching for a new mayonnaise brand that doesn't have this issue. I'm unsure if this is a production flaw, as it only started occurring in the past month with my purchases. I have brought this to the attention of the grocery store, but no action has been taken. I typically shop at Stop n Shop, Shoprite, and Big Y, and the Hellman's containers in all these stores exhibit the same black residue at the bottom. I believe it's important for the company to be aware of consumer feedback. I would like to understand why the jars have black residue and confirm if the product is safe for use.
