My mother purchased two pairs of the Atom hearing aids for $89 each back in February. Despite being informed that they were on back order three times, we were assured they would be shipped by May 16th. Unfortunately, they have not arrived yet. My mother, a long-time loyal customer, urgently needs these aids. This delay is unprecedented for her, and after waiting for five months, she should have received them by now.
