My husband is attempting to access his Hawaiianmiles account that he obtained a while back. He contacted the service center and provided answers to the security questions, but unfortunately, none of them were accurate. The phone number, address, and email on file do not match his current information, as he has moved multiple times over the years and has forgotten the old details.
