I purchased three Candy Cane Amaryllis and a Paperwhite before Christmas. Unfortunately, my sister's Paperwhite hasn't flowered yet and only has one green leaf. She is hesitant to request a replacement but I believe she deserves one since I paid for it. She's not tech-savvy, so I don't know how to send an image of the plant, but perhaps she could send it to you directly if needed. The other plants received high praise and had beautiful blooms, so overall, we're very satisfied. Thank you for your assistance.

I ordered item #1067X, the 12-month Fruit of the Month Club Signature Light Collection for my son (S. Fisher) and his family in Forest Hill, MD, for Christmas. Unfortunately, it hasn't arrived yet. We recently learned that the fruit is being prepared in a facility that handles tree nuts, which is a severe allergy concern for our granddaughter at that address. I am extremely disappointed with the bulb of the month club you provide. My husband expected blooming flowers based on the photo in your advertisement. The item I ordered has not arrived as promised. I have confirmed with the recipient that they have not received it. As a result, I will be sending my own homemade treats instead. I would like a refund as I am dissatisfied with your service. Additionally, there was an issue with flowers I ordered from 1800Flowers where the wrong ones were delivered. While I know you are affiliated with them, they were able to resolve the problem. I understand that the holiday season is a busy time, so I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. I had an extremely frustrating experience with your customer service, both online and over the phone. I spent over 5 hours trying to resolve an issue, dealing with disconnections, long wait times, and being transferred to multiple agents. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering your company's previous reputation for great products. My recent experience was a complete waste of time and left me feeling incredibly disappointed.
I recently received a package of pears that were not up to standard. Initially hard on Friday, they turned mushy and inedible by Sunday, with only a few being salvageable. While I was offered a replacement package valued at $10 more, I suggested a different option that was only slightly more expensive, but was told to contact customer service yet again.

FedEx: The shipper selected FedEx Ground Economy (formerly FedEx SmartPost) for your package, with final delivery by the U.S. Postal Service. Usually, delivery takes 2-7 business days.
I paid a significant amount for this package, especially since it contains perishable items like fruit. It was sent on Dec 5th via ground shipping and has not arrived yet. Harry & David should be more careful when shipping food products over long distances. It's disappointing that they chose an option where the food could spoil before reaching its destination in SoCal. I am frustrated with this experience and will avoid ordering from them in the future.

I'm having issues with my order W[redacted][redacted]. I ordered two Ultimate Meat and Cheese Trays with wine and one Ultimate Meat and Cheese Tray with a bamboo cutting board. I received the tray with the cutting board, but the other two trays were shipped with incorrect items. Even after multiple calls and chats to have the correct items reshipped, they still haven't been right. I requested a refund for the two incorrect trays, but I only received a credit of $[redacted].00 each instead of the $[redacted].99 I paid for each tray. Despite being promised additional credit, it has not been issued yet, and I am incredibly frustrated. I am seeking help from a manager to resolve this matter promptly, or I may have to dispute it with my credit card company.

Yesterday, I'm concerned I might have been scammed by a phone caller. I made orders for two deliveries from Harry & David, sharing my credit card details. Later, I received a call from an individual claiming to be from Harry & David, requesting changes which I agreed to. Surprisingly, the caller ID displayed "1-[redacted] Flowers." I was assured of receiving a computer confirmation, but it hasn't arrived yet. - Dorothy F.

On October 10th, I placed an order for a fruit basket for B. Jarvey. Unfortunately, your representative was rude and uninformed, leading me to cancel the order. Despite canceling, I was still charged on my November bill. I had hoped to see a credit on the bill, but none was issued. Due to the unpleasant experience, I chose to place my order with another company instead. Regrettably, this incident has shaken my confidence in your company's credibility, and I have decided not to make any future purchases from your company.

I purchased Deluxe Signature Chocolate Truffles for three recipients. One order was successfully delivered to Matthew Cook at [redacted] York St, Manchester, MD 21[redacted]. However, the other two orders bound for Washington State did not reach their destination. I spoke with Joel from your team, who assured me that the packages would arrive by 8 o'clock on December 24th. Unfortunately, Kandi Camacho and Fred Hanowell from Maple Falls, WA did not receive their Christmas gifts. These orders were placed on December 9th at 6:22 PM. I am quite disappointed in the service provided by your company as I have always heard positive feedback in the past. I am curious to know what went wrong in this instance.

I have been trying to call from France without success at **** (***) ***-****. This is the only number I am having trouble with. Additionally, I couldn't complete an order on your website as none of my cards or PayPal were accepted. A friend in the States used my Capital One Card to place the order. Today, I noticed a similar charge on my French Visa, indicating a possible double charge for the same gift under Order #: ************. Please check this and process a refund to the Capital One Card if needed. Thank you for your assistance in refunding the Capital One Card.

I recently received a generous gift of a large drum containing three varieties of Moose Munch. Excitedly, we opened the bags only to find that they were all stale. As a loyal customer, I have never encountered this issue before, and I am disappointed with the quality of the product. Although I appreciate the gesture, I am disheartened to receive a subpar item. The best if used by date is 5/28/[redacted], and I am unsure of what could have gone wrong. I kindly request a replacement of the large drum to enjoy the Moose Munch as it should be.

I recently received my annual gift from Harry and David, sent by a family member. Unfortunately, I was disappointed this time. The pears were small, unattractive, and not as tasty as they have been in the past, which doesn't align with your established reputation. I also noticed that the chocolate coated cherries, one of my favorites, didn't seem fresh and were overly chewy. I'm concerned if there have been changes in your manufacturers or suppliers. I sincerely hope this isn't the case, as I've always enjoyed the quality of your products in the past.

I have placed three orders with Harry and David, two on December 16th and one on the 17th. My first order on the 16th (Order #[redacted]) wasn't shipped until the 20th, causing my daughter, who is attending college and living alone, to not receive her gift for Christmas. I am upset that the delay occurred, especially during my daughter's first Christmas away from family. Despite understanding weather delays in Indiana, had the order been dispatched promptly, it would have reached her before the weather worsened. Additionally, the FedEx delivery person claimed they couldn't locate the apartment without attempting to verify the address by phone. The apartment is easily found in the midst of a college campus at Indiana University. This Christmas Eve has been challenging, and I believe a representative from Harry and David should call my daughter to apologize for the inconvenience.
