I visited the Manalapan NJ location, store #[redacted]. I bought gloves with a shelf price of $14.99, but there were 5 misleading signs on the end cap. Despite the price tag on the shelf, the signs confused me, and I only noticed the actual cost later. When I brought this to the manager's attention, both the manager and store manager were unhelpful and even rude. The small print on the signs made it hard to understand. It was frustrating to be denied a discount and faced with impolite behavior. I mentioned contacting corporate, which may alter their perspective. The customer service experienced was disappointing, especially since I am a frequent shopper at this location.
