I experienced an issue at the main St. Bedford, Virginia [redacted] location approximately two weeks ago. I left without food. Today, at 11:30 am, I decided to give them another chance. I went through the drive-thru and ordered one cheeseburger and one apple pie. After paying at the window, I was asked to pull ahead and wait. After waiting for 5 minutes, I received my order, but it was incorrect - there was no apple pie. When I asked for it to be corrected, the employee displayed an attitude. As she went inside to fix the mistake, she stopped to chat with two other employees for another three minutes. I reminded her I needed my pie quickly. When she finally brought the pie out, she was rude and unpleasant. She was a heavy-set black lady. I have decided that I will never return to this location. The issue was resolved, but this is my second complaint.

I was terminated on 6/24/[redacted] from Store # [redacted] in Saint Robert, Missouri. The reason was for picking up another employee as instructed by my co-shift lead while I was on the clock with my name on the drawers. The co-shift lead assured me it would be taken care of, as there were previous instances of being directed to pick up employees while on the clock. I've faced ongoing issues within my district, especially after changes in management personnel. I believe there is a targeted effort to terminate me dating back to October [redacted]. This pattern seemed to persist through different general managers, ultimately leading to my termination. Despite my loyalty and almost four years of service, I received no support from the HR department regarding these unjust circumstances. I find it concerning that all the write-ups I have received are attributed to the district and regional manager rather than my direct general manager.

After a tiring evening without the kids, my spouse and I opted for a quick dinner at our local Hardee's drive-through. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we reached the window and encountered a very rude worker who hastily passed me the order, dropping my change in the process. Realizing the order was wrong, I went inside to speak to the supervisor. Despite my children becoming upset in the car, the supervisor was understanding and allowed me to return the next morning for the correct meals. Upon arriving the next day and speaking to Sonya, the manager, she was unhelpful and rude, even raising her voice and ending the conversation abruptly. I am requesting my replacement meals promptly. I visited the Hardee's on Thorton Rd near Interstate 20 in Cobb County, GA. I ordered the Big Ham and Cheese combo to go. However, upon checking my sandwich in the car, I noticed it had significantly less ham than usual. Moreover, the cheese was not fully melted and was almost cold. When I expressed my concerns to the server, they simply stated, "We made it fresh," without offering to warm it up. I felt let down as the staff seemed indifferent to my dissatisfaction. This experience was far from the great service I usually expect from Hardee's. I hope the management addresses these issues as this location is not up to the standard I am used to. If you check the Google Maps reviews, you'll see that I am not alone in this sentiment.

During my recent visits to the Hardee's restaurant nearby, I was disappointed with the quality of the fries, fried chicken sandwiches, and breakfast potatoes. The items tasted extremely bitter and seemed to be cooked in old oil. Despite providing feedback through the survey on the receipt, all I received was emails to join their Rewards Program. The drive-thru purchases made it impossible for me to address this issue on the spot. Sadly, what used to be one of my favorite places to eat has now become a letdown.

I would like a higher management representative to call me instead of sending emails. The Hardee’s location in North Vernon, Indiana had issues when we visited. Upon arrival, a worker warned us of issues with their food. Despite this, we decided to place an order. I ordered the Big Cheeseburger meal with a chocolate shake, and my fiancé ordered the number 8 Angus burger meal. The total came to $22.14, but we did not receive a receipt. When we received our order, my sandwich was missing toppings and my fiancé received the wrong patty on his burger. When I brought this up, the worker was rude and did not handle the situation properly. I am unhappy with the service and feel like we were overcharged. I recently visited Hardee’s location [redacted] after ordering through the Hardee’s app with coupons I received. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the manager informed me they could not honor the coupons since the order was placed through the app. There was no clear indication in the app about coupon usage or a way to enter them. My order ID is [redacted][redacted], placed on 8/29/22 at 6:03:37 PM. I tried to cancel the order to no avail, and the manager also couldn’t cancel it. I suggest at least refunding the amount I would have saved with the coupons to rectify this inconvenience. The coupon amounts are as follows: - $4.99 for 5-piece chicken tenders - $3.49 for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger - $3.99 for a Mushroom & Swiss Angus Burger - $2.99 for a Famous Star with Cheese - $3.99 for a Super Star with Cheese A total refund of the order cost ($32.47) would be appreciated due to the frustration experienced. I hope Hardee’s addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

On Sunday, September 11, [redacted], I had a disappointing experience at the Belle Fourche location. The service was unsatisfactory from the two women working that morning. Despite the lack of workers, one young man was polite, contrasting the two rude women. Ordering my usual 6 biscuits and gravy for the week, I encountered a delay and rudeness. After waiting over 30 minutes, the young man explained the situation, confirming the two women's poor behavior. Upon receiving my order, the food was inedible – burnt chicken sandwich and watery biscuits and gravy. The gravy immediately soaked into the biscuit, making it soggy with questionable sausage chunks. Requesting a refund for the $21.15 order, I am willing to return the uneaten items. The quality of service and food was disappointing, and I hope appropriate action is taken to address this issue. I went to the Thomasville GA Hardee's on Saturday morning, September 3rd. I ordered the 2 for $5 biscuits deal and specifically asked for gravy on my 2 steak biscuits. This wasn't my first time making this request, but this time they charged me an extra $3.60 for the gravy, unlike before. The receipt shows the name Erica as the GM. I've tried twice to speak with her for a refund, but they refused. I find this situation unreasonable; I only asked for a tablespoon of gravy, not a pricey addition. I'd like a refund or my next 2 for $5 order to be complimentary. A simple request for a bit of gravy on a biscuit shouldn't come with a significant extra cost, especially when it was never charged before.

My daughter and I visited the location at [redacted] Vandor Spring in Garner, NC, this morning. We ordered 2 sausage biscuits requesting them to be light brown as we had just had dental work. After receiving the biscuits, we explained to the manager that we had asked for light brown biscuits. The manager said those were the only biscuits available and had more put in for us. After waiting approximately 7 minutes, we were handed the bag. Unfortunately, the biscuits were extremely hard despite being recooked. We now have four uneatable burnt biscuits. It is frustrating that our request was not met, and we feel disappointed and out of pocket. The location should improve their service.

I am a Door Dash delivery driver and I wanted to bring to your attention an issue at your store on Hampshire Pike in Columbia, Tennessee. I experienced a long wait time of over 30 minutes in line to place an order, then had to wait even longer at the window to receive the order, only to be told to pull over and wait more. It took a total of 40 minutes for fresh toast sticks, which is unacceptable. Customer Lataya placed an order at 6:31 a.m., and I arrived at 6:58 a.m. After a prolonged wait, I finally received the order at 7:37 a.m. When I delivered it at 7:41 a.m., the customer found that the order was missing syrup and cold. The lack of customer service and efficiency at this location is concerning, and I have contacted Door Dash to address the issue. I am even considering taking over the store with my fiance to improve its operations. It is important to address these issues to maintain a successful business, especially when compared to your outstanding store on Bear Creek. This experience was frustrating, and improvements are needed for better service to customers.

Hello, my name is Jacob. Recently, my wife drove 45 minutes to get breakfast for us at Hardee's in Kingston, TN. Unfortunately, my biscuit had a hair baked into it. We contacted them, and they offered to replace or refund the order. However, when my wife went back the next day to get the replacement or refund, they were not very helpful. They only offered a plain biscuit and charged us for the rest of the order. I'm disappointed because not only did I miss breakfast the day before, but we had to make two 45-minute trips and pay for an order that was supposed to be fixed. Thank you for listening.

This morning, my wife and I visited Hardee's in Lone Oak, KY. Unfortunately, they were out of Dr. Pepper and lacked essential condiments like sugar and salt, with limited utensils available. The mustard packets were discolored and thick, making it hard to use. The cashier, Ally, seemed overwhelmed when I asked about coffee and was not professional in her response. I paid with a debit card and was not offered a receipt for the purchase totaling just under $8. The lack of proper customer service and management presence was concerning. This experience was completely unacceptable and has led us to reconsider Hardee's as an option in the future. I have attached a photo of the mustard packets for your reference. As someone with managerial experience, I find these standards troubling. If this continues, it could have serious consequences for the restaurant's business. I visited the drive-through in Orange City, Iowa, at 10:20 AM CST to get a breakfast sandwich. After paying, I was asked to pull ahead but declined. Another lady later asked me to move forward because of a timer, which made me wonder who was really on the timer. When I realized I had been waiting for 15 minutes, I went inside to ask for a refund. Unfortunately, I encountered rude treatment and was initially denied a refund. After insisting, I finally got my money back, but not a single apology was offered for the inconvenience. The manager, Kenny, eventually helped me, but the lack of customer service was disappointing. This Hardee's location has a reputation for being slow, with unusual hours, and my experience confirms that I won't be returning. With better staffing and trained employees, they could attract more customers in the college town.

During a recent visit to Hardee's in Grandbay, Alabama, my spouse and I experienced disappointing customer service. Upon arrival at the speaker, we were rushed by three individuals, including the manager, to place our order quickly. Despite our polite requests for a moment to decide, the staff became increasingly agitated. The employee at the window was impolite, took our payment without providing a receipt, and exhibited rude behavior towards us. The whole team watched us, making us feel uncomfortable even though we had only been at the speaker for a few minutes. The situation escalated when the employee hurled an inappropriate insult at me, which went unaddressed by the indifferent manager. As someone with years of experience in customer service, I find this level of unprofessionalism inexcusable. It seems that Hardee's in Grandbay has a recurring issue with impolite and disrespectful staff. I believe it is time for corporate to intervene and address these ongoing problems before the restaurant's reputation worsens further.

I visited Hardee's at [redacted] Blanding Blvd in Middleburg, Florida, this morning at 7:40 AM. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits with tomato. Unfortunately, the lady had to be reminded twice to remake the biscuits as she mistakenly added mayonnaise. I unknowingly ate part of one biscuit before realizing there was mayo and started feeling unwell due to my severe allergy to it, which affects my breathing. When I inquired about the white substance on the second biscuit, I was informed it was mayonnaise. Following a refund for both biscuits, I requested my receipt, leading to an unpleasant encounter with the staff. Shortly after, I felt nauseous and vomited up mayo and blood in the restroom. I took photos of the incident. Despite not visiting the ER, I've had to rely on my inhalers to manage breathing difficulties. It's concerning that mayo was added to the biscuits without request, causing this severe reaction.

I am Fred Myers, a loyal diabetic customer of Store # [redacted] in Council Bluffs, IA. On 12-1-[redacted] after 7pm, I, driving a Kenworth W900L Truck with a 53 ft. Trailer, faced a low sugar level emergency. The lobby was closed, so I approached the drive-thru window. The cashier "T" refused service initially, saying my health wasn't her concern and threatening to involve the police. After blocking the lane, she reluctantly took my order, but the service was unacceptable. I am not seeking her termination but request appropriate reprimand and training to handle customers, especially in emergencies. I recently dined at your location in Amelia, VA. Initially, the service was good. However, after waiting for 23 minutes without receiving our food, Diane approached us to inquire about our order. When we requested a refund, Diane was unprofessional, urging us to calm down and even telling us to smile. Several other customers were also waiting, and Diane's behavior was inappropriate. She even dismissively mentioned she didn't care if I complained to her manager. I believe Diane could benefit from some coaching rather than being fired. I hope you address this issue promptly. I recently visited the Hardee's in Sevierville, Tennessee, located in front of Olleys. Unfortunately, they were out of many menu items as their delivery hadn't arrived. Witnessing a customer issue, a senior lady returned her incorrect order to Melissa, the shift manager. Melissa rudely responded, mentioning they had run out of sausage and replaced it with something else that the lady didn't like. Melissa acted sarcastically, laughed at the customer's complaint, and refused to refund her money. This behavior was highly unprofessional. The incident occurred at around 9:30 pm on Tuesday, the 6th. This kind of service seems to be a regular occurrence at this particular Hardee's. Management needs to be more considerate and understanding towards customers, rather than making them feel small and serving them items they didn't request.

I was really shocked by the rude behavior of the workers at the drive-thru we visited. The manager who came out was extremely disrespectful, shaking her head in a very discourteous manner. It made me so uneasy that I even asked for a refund because I was worried about the quality of our order. Coming from a customer service background myself, I believe that these employees are portraying your store in a negative light. The drive-thru staff, including the manager, really need to be let go. Unless there are changes made, especially at the Lincoln IL store on Woodlawn, we won't be returning to that location. It's upsetting to see how these individuals can impact your business negatively.
