The employee apologized and provided limited cleaning supplies. I was given a few napkins, a brown paper bag for trash, and a wet cloth, which were insufficient for the situation. Given the pandemic and hygiene concerns, I felt the clean-up process could have been handled better. The employee acknowledged fault but only replaced the drink. I believe a more thorough clean-up process should have been initiated, possibly outside the drive-thru window. The lack of management involvement and inadequate cleaning supplies left me dissatisfied with the overall experience. The lingering smell of the spilled milkshake in the car has been a persistent issue.

I placed a to-go order to commemorate my father's passing on September 4th. The online information indicated the store closed at 10 pm, and I scheduled the pick-up for 9:15. Upon arrival, an employee mentioned they actually closed at 9 pm. Although the payment was deducted from my debit card, we did not receive our meal. Despite numerous messages, I have not been able to reach the manager or get a refund yet. I am frustrated and let down by the company and the Hardee's chain as a whole, not just the Fairview location. I am eager to get my money back promptly. I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a week and may escalate it to the BBB. Hardee's needs to refund my money quickly. I may stop eating here altogether and will appreciate some complimentary kid meals to make up for the inconvenience on that night.

I am a loyal Hardee's customer who visits the Henderson store frequently. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a number 7 combo and a small cheeseburger, then realized I wanted the original burger instead. The cashier called the manager who was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite offering to pay the difference, the manager was rude. After waiting 10 minutes, I received my order from a young employee who was also disrespectful. When I called to complain, the manager denied the incident. Considering how much money my family spends at this store weekly, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning and will share my experience on social media.

I visited Hardee's in Logansport, IN at 11:45 am, marking my third consecutive visit as a loyal customer. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I found my food was cold. When I requested a fresh sandwich #3, the employee appeared annoyed and failed to fulfill my request, causing other staff members to become hostile. After asking for a refund, the older female manager threatened to involve the police. Disappointed by the poor service at the newly reconstructed Hardee's on East Market St., I never received a replacement sandwich or a refund. I visited the Lebanon, Missouri drive-thru for two All American burgers, large fries, and a Large Cherry Coke. However, the buns on my burgers were completely black, making them inedible. The messy burgers required utensils, and I had to return inside as the fries were cold. The staff member handling my complaint about the fries was impolite. This has been my worst experience at a Hardee's in a long time. The poor customer service and subpar food quality make it no surprise that this location lacks business. It is essential to inform them not to overload the burgers with condiments and to avoid serving burnt buns. I had higher expectations for this visit.

My name is Lara Thrasher. I visited the Linthicum, Md. location on Nursery Road. This morning's experience was upsetting. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit at the drive-thru, but it was cold and the biscuit was hard. I went back to the store with my receipt. The employee I encountered was rude. One of the cooks, a gentleman, was apologetic and made me a fresh hot sandwich, ensuring the cashier was aware. Despite the store being quiet with only one other customer, the cashier seemed reluctant to hand me the new sandwich promptly. I felt hesitant to complain, but I hope this feedback helps improve the service. Thank you for your attention.

I visited Hardee’s yesterday morning, October 8th, to pick up breakfast. I ordered 3 prime rib biscuits, but was given 3 omelet biscuits instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee put the wrong order back on the shelf after I had touched the bag. The manager then asked for $4 more, without explaining why. Despite the rude service, a nice girl eventually brought me the correct food. However, at the end, I was overcharged by a dollar. I hope to receive a call from Hardee’s regarding this incident instead of having to communicate via text or email. I visited the St9 location in Greenfield, IN on Sunday at 3 pm and ordered $20 worth of food from a young person who appeared to be around 12 years old. After waiting for 30 minutes and seeing them serve three cars that arrived after me, I inquired about my order. The individual rudely mentioned they might have given it to the wrong person and asked for a receipt, which I never received. After a total of 35 minutes, they unapologetically stated they couldn't assist me without a receipt. Following a request to speak to the manager, she arrived 10 minutes later and reluctantly provided the food, displaying a negative attitude. I paid for my meal and felt mistreated; they offered no names, wore no name tags, and provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered. At 50 years old, it was a terrible experience to be treated in such a manner, especially after being a loyal Hardee's customer for 40 years. This location consistently disappoints me, pushing me to usually visit the US 40 branch. Today was a regrettable attempt to return to the Greenfield location after a year. I recently went through the drive-thru to place my order, but they were out of hash rounds. Instead of offering the option of an extra biscuit or bacon, they insisted on giving me fries which I didn't want. I asked about a discount, which was denied. To my disappointment, when I arrived at work, the unwanted fries were on the plates. Their unhelpful attitude was disappointing. On a separate occasion, I bought 2 apple pies and paid with a $20 bill. The change I received back was incorrect at $14.27. If this is how they treat all customers, it's no wonder they lack business. They should improve management and provide better training for staff. Appearance and professionalism are important; employees should look well-rested and attentive.

I am disappointed with the treatment my 16-year-old daughter received at your drive-through yesterday. She was rudely asked to hold on during her order, then ignored at the window and asked to pull up, only to find out the order was incomplete when she got home. I have tried calling 20 times without an answer, and even attempted again this morning with no response. Customer service is essential, especially when working with the public. Having worked in restaurants for over 20 years, I understand the importance of prioritizing customers over employees' attitudes. The lack of response on the phone explains why there are no customers besides breakfast. I expect an apology for my daughter and a refund for the incomplete food order I paid nearly $9 for.

I was facing significant family and home challenges while employed. Despite informing both my district and general manager, I received no response. After inquiring about my return to work, my general manager remained unresponsive. Now, I am being labeled as voluntarily quitting, which is not the case, and my unemployment documents are being rejected. Attempts to reach my general manager via text have been ignored. I went to Hardee's at [redacted] W Broad Street in Saint Pauls, NC on 11/29/[redacted] at 12:14 p.m. I ordered the MD CBO 1/3 Bacon Cheeseburger for $8.48. The cashier, Miracle, asked me to wait to the side for a brief moment as they prepared my order. Once I left, I discovered that the food was not edible. My husband and I visited Hardy's for breakfast. We were served coffee, but once our meal arrived, we found the pancakes were frozen, the eggs were cold, and the sausage and bacon seemed to have been sitting out for a while. Despite our disappointment, I chose not to cause a scene in the store. I have decided that the experience was unacceptable, and we will not be returning. Furthermore, I observed the biscuit maker lady wearing her apron and gloves outside to deliver food to a customer. Upon her return, she continued working without changing her gloves or apron. This incident happened at Hardy's store number [redacted] on 11th Street in Goldsboro, North Carolina.

I am disappointed with the new cinnamon rolls Hardee's is offering. They are too tough to chew and burnt at the bottom. I cannot believe they replaced the cinnamon raisin biscuits with these, especially since they are priced higher. My local Hardee's informed me that they are receiving many complaints, just like when they tried this in the past. I hope Hardee's will learn from this experience. I will not be visiting Hardee's soon unless they bring back the cinnamon raisin biscuits. It's frustrating when a company does not listen to its customers.

Poor customer service experience! Arrived before closing, placed my order through the intercom, then waited in silence for 5 minutes. When I went around, the worker was outside. Even though it was just 1 minute past closing, she rudely claimed they were closed. When I mentioned she took my order, she asked for it again but then said they were out of teas, despite them being visible behind her. Disappointing encounter at the Coshocton, Ohio [redacted] branch. Employee Ashley's behavior was disrespectful. I am considering filing multiple complaints until this issue is resolved!

I visited the Midfield, AL location on Bessemer Super Highway on 12/17/[redacted] around 7:55-8am. An unfriendly, light-skinned, short female with glasses greeted me rudely. Upon entering the lobby to place my order, she immediately stated the inside was closed without acknowledging me. Even the heavyset lady cooking looked in my direction. If the interior was closed, why wasn't the door locked? Courtesy doesn't come with a price. Disappointed, I left and went to the Waffle House next door. I intend to share my experience on social media.

I had an unfortunate experience recently that left me feeling disappointed and hungry. My wife had to work on Christmas Day, so I decided to visit her at the restaurant where she was working. The place was very busy, and even though I barely saw her, I wanted to be there to support her.
After realizing I would be eating alone, I looked for another place to have dinner. Unfortunately, all the other restaurants were closed except for Hardees. I waited in the drive-through line for quite some time, along with several other cars. Despite trying to get the staff's attention, I was ultimately left waiting with no service.
I later found out that the manager had lied to me about the situation when I called the next day. It's frustrating not to have received an explanation for what happened. I'm now trying to connect with the other customers who were also waiting that night. It was a disappointing experience overall, and I hope to find some resolution for what occurred.

This morning around 6:45 am, I had a frustrating experience at your drive-thru. When I went to pick up my order and pay, there was a homeless man near the cashier's window. The cashier seemed distracted, and after some delay, he closed the window on me when I asked about the hold-up. When the manager came, I tried to explain, but she interrupted and accused me of yelling. Despite feeling mistreated, I was denied service without any attempt to address my concerns. I believe that as a customer, I deserved better treatment and a simple apology. I just want to file a complaint about the poor service I received at the Beach Island SC location. Thank you.

On March 19th at 7:23 am, I visited the drive-thru and ordered a bacon biscuit combo and a smoked sausage biscuit combo with orange juice and Dr Pepper. Unfortunately, when I got to work and checked my order, it was incorrect. I received a plain biscuit, a sausage egg biscuit, hash rounds, and a diet Dr Pepper instead. I paid $11.94, and despite calling the store for over an hour, no one answered. This isn't the first time my order has been wrong, and I am very frustrated. I have given them another chance, but I won't be returning to this Hardee's location. Please contact me at [redacted] to address this mix-up, as it's unfair for me to pay for someone else's mistake.
