I am experiencing issues with my Hannspree LCD TV, model number HSG1075. The screen is too dark, making it difficult to watch DVDs. I have tried adjusting the screen quality mode using both the Hannspree remote and a universal remote, but I am unable to change the brightness or any other default settings. The product number is ST289MUBUFH2S and the serial number is 012FU24Y00274. We mainly use this TV to watch DVDs occasionally. I would appreciate guidance on how to brighten the screen and access other control features.

When I connect my Hannspad Titan 2 to a projector via HDMI, the screen goes black and using an external keyboard to press fn + f4 does not solve the issue. I have also experienced sound cutting out when connecting to the projector via HDMI to DVI-D on the projector and using a headphone socket to stereo connection. This problem did not occur with other devices like a Hudl or Raspberry Pi. I am unsure how to properly mount and unmount external SD cards or other storage on my Hannspad. Currently, my tablet indicates that the SD card connected via USB is unmounted, making it inaccessible. Furthermore, I am having trouble saving pictures and videos to the SD card on my Hannspad. The SD card is not highlighted in settings under apps. Any advice on these issues would be greatly appreciated. I have found the APK installer helpful as I managed to connect it to my GoPro. We purchased a 28" Hannspree 1080p LCD HD TV with remote earlier this year through a reputable eBay seller and were satisfied with the product. For most of the year, we were able to access services like Netflix and Amazon using a firestick, alongside cable channels. However, after removing the firestick and attempting to reconnect it, we're experiencing issues with getting a signal for these streaming services. Despite trying troubleshooting steps, including purchasing a new firestick and changing batteries, we have been unsuccessful in restoring the signal. This has been an ongoing issue for several weeks, and we are eager to resolve it and regain access to Netflix, Amazon, and other services.
