After less than a year of use, I encountered an issue with one of the landscape flood lights I purchased from Home Depot. Even after checking and reinstalling the connection, the light continued to flicker. Upon attempting to replace the LED bulb, I was surprised to find the whole housing was one solid piece making it inaccessible. This design flaw forces me to throw out the entire assembly due to a potential bulb problem that cannot be diagnosed. The lack of accessibility to replace the bulb makes this design extremely inefficient. It raises concerns about the longevity of the bulb compared to the metal housing and could potentially lead to more lamps being discarded unnecessarily, contributing to landfill waste. Consequently, I have chosen not to support Hampton Bay products going forward and will avoid shopping at Home Depot, the company that owns the brand. Given the limited 90-day warranty and the faulty design requiring the disposal of the entire lamp, I believe a replacement should be provided.

Hello, I am reaching out because my wife and I recently placed an order for the Cambridge 4-piece brown wicker sectional sofa in midnight navy blue. Unfortunately, it seems that the item has gotten lost in shipping or was never sent out. We are concerned about the availability of the midnight navy blue color since we have been trying to match it with the 2 swivel rockers we purchased earlier this year in May [redacted]. I have noticed that the color is no longer listed on the online ordering chart at Home Depot. We would appreciate any information on whether this color option will be available again. Thank you. Ray

Dear forum members, I am experiencing an issue with my landscape lighting transformer, a Hampton Bay Transformer Item #[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Model SL-[redacted]-12A. After noticing the lights weren't turning on, I tested the transformer and found no voltage output. Although the panel lights were working fine, the transformer wasn't functioning as expected. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate my receipt or manual, so I decided to buy a new one from Home Depot. Later, I discovered the original receipt, dated 9/8/[redacted], showing the purchase price of $59.97. The new transformer cost me $79.97. I recently bought four of the Hampton Bay [redacted] BTU Stainless Steel Patio Heaters from Home Depot. Unfortunately, one of them was defective. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a new tilt switch from AWSParts.com with order number [redacted]. The part received was PG210H-C8. However, the package did not contain any installation instructions as expected. I am looking for directions, a video tutorial, or any guidance on how to properly install this new tilt switch.

To whom it may concern, Hello, My name is Mélany Hamelin. On April 23, [redacted], I purchased a *3-piece SW Shiloh Valley Bistro 3pc* set and a *Bohemian style woven egg chair* from Home Depot Lachenaie. However, the base of the bohemian chair has rusted incredibly quickly after my purchase. The paint is chipping off, peeling, and it is completely rusted. I contacted Home Depot this summer, specifically in August [redacted], but since my purchase was over 3 months ago, they referred me to you. I have been trying to reach out to your team since the end of the summer. I have spoken to several of you, but no one was able to speak to me in French. When I explained the issue in English, I was always referred to another number, claiming not to understand. I have left numerous messages, but no one has returned my call. Good morning, last year I purchased a Hampton outdoor couch. Today, I took the covers out of storage to wash them and noticed that the inner foam of the couch back cushions has dissolved. I only need to replace the insert as the covers are still in good condition. Can I order replacement inserts through you, or how can I get them? Just to clarify, when I mention dissolved, I mean that the outer fabric holding the stuffing disintegrated, leaving nothing to maintain the stuffing's shape. Thank you.

We bought a beautiful Amelia Springs wrought iron patio set from Hampton Bay last summer. The set includes 4 chairs with lovely cushions. The set is under a covered patio, and it was a significant investment. However, upon removing the cushion covers for cleaning, I discovered that the foam cushions had crumbling paper inner covers that disintegrated as soon as unzipped. These covers were supposed to be waterproof! I have always trusted Hampton Bay for their quality, but this experience has left me disappointed. I am requesting new waterproof inner cushion covers for all four chairs. It might be worth reconsidering the materials used to cover the inner cushions for future products.

I am disappointed with the limited functionality of the [redacted]-watt Hampton Bay low voltage lighting transformer (Model SL-[redacted]-12A). It only allows for one on/off time setting, which is not sufficient for my needs. I require at least two time on and off functions. The options provided do not meet my requirements effectively. I attempted to bypass the timer using another programmable timer in conjunction with the unit, but the manual "on" feature on the Hampton Bay timer resets when power is turned off. This lack of flexibility is frustrating considering the price of $[redacted].00 and the advancements in technology available today. Unfortunately, I discarded the packaging, so I am unable to return the product. Patrick M.

I own model number YJAF-[redacted]-E square offset non-solar umbrella. I am looking to purchase a replacement middle umbrella pole as mine broke during a recent wind storm. Home Depot requires a receipt for assistance, but I cannot locate mine. I am willing to pay for a new pole without a warranty replacement. I just need help finding and purchasing the middle pole, regardless of the cost. Can someone please assist me with this?

I purchased the Hampton Bay Gazebo model A[redacted]00 last June 2, [redacted], and installed it in mid-July [redacted]. Unfortunately, there is a serious quality issue with the canopy fabric. When I re-installed the canopy last Monday, May 22, [redacted], the fabric tore at two locations. It seems that after only three months of exposure to the sun, the fabric was damaged. The canopies were removed for the winter and spring season, but the big canopy has only been in use for three months and has a two-year warranty. I am seeking a resolution, either by receiving a new big canopy promptly or being reimbursed for the gazebo.

I purchased dual top and bottom deep-seated cushions in [redacted]. Last year, I noticed that the fullness and density of the cushions has decreased significantly. When sitting down, I can feel the hardness of the furniture, making it very uncomfortable for extended periods. I am puzzled as to why the cushions have lost their fullness while others I know have had their cushions for much longer and they are still in good shape. This has been disheartening for me. At this point, I am hesitant to buy more products from you or recommend them to others due to this experience. I would like to inquire about the warranty on your products, specifically the outdoor cushions. I am hopeful that you can assist me by providing new inserts for my cushions or offering a partial refund to contribute towards replacing them.

I bought a Hampton Bay solar 2-pack 10L wall light with black glass about two years ago. Recently, the lights stopped working. I tried using new rechargeable batteries and noticed an orange glow above the battery compartment. Even after leaving them in full sunlight for several days, they still don't light up. The UPC on my receipt is [redacted]20. I really like these lights, so I'm hoping for a solution. Thanks, S.M.

I bought two Delaronde Light Brown Wicker Patio Swivel Lounge Chairs with Tan Cushions at Home Depot in Parry Sound, ON on August 20, [redacted]. Both chairs have the wicker on the side of the seating area splitting and unraveling. I'm concerned about the overall quality of the chairs and would like to know about the warranty process. Hello, I purchased two track lights on Nov. 7/18 with a supposed five-year warranty. Recently, one light burnt out, and I discovered that you cannot change bulbs but must replace the whole track. I have attempted to contact the store without success. The item number is [redacted], Model number C[redacted]A. Recently, one of the lights burned out, and I discovered that the entire track needs to be replaced instead of just the bulb. I have tried contacting the store without success. The transformer for my pathway lights malfunctioned just 3.5 months after installation. I checked everything and confirmed the issue lies with the transformer (GFCI is working, no shorts in the light wires, bypassed the photocell, verified voltage with a multimeter). The transformer (Model # SL-[redacted]-12A) was purchased on July 10th, [redacted], and set up on July 15th, [redacted]. I have the receipt available for verification purposes. Thank you.
