I recently purchased an 8-quart crock-pot from Hamilton Beach that is incredibly unsafe due to the lack of safety latches. It caused a terrible accident in my kitchen, spilling hot contents that were so intense they even damaged my countertop. I urge for an immediate recall and refund for this product. It's alarming that there haven't been more complaints to prompt action on this. As a frequent user of crock-pots, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of safety measures in this model. I intend to warn other users about the dangers of this specific crock-pot to prevent similar incidents from happening. I am Constance Meister, you can contact me at [redacted].

I recently purchased the FlexBrew, a coffee maker I've been wanting for months. I appreciate the dual options it offers, but when I tried to use the carafe function for multiple cups of coffee, it leaked everywhere due to a broken part inside the water reservoir near the numbers. I bought it a few months ago from Walmart in Bismarck, ND, but unfortunately, I don't have the receipt. I am unable to afford a replacement right now. Although I can still use the single cup option, I was really looking forward to having both options available.

I purchased a black 2 lbs bread maker from Walmart with three easy steps. While making dough, I noticed a black substance in it and suspected oil leakage. I disassembled it to clean and found out the blade wouldn't stay in place. This issue happened with my previous bread maker too. I believe there might be something missing to secure the blade. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt for the new bread maker. I don't want to discard it as it was working well before I tried fixing it. Could you please send me a replacement inside bowl with the blade so I can continue using it?

I am frustrated with my experience with single cup coffee makers from Amazon. The first one broke, so I bought another model which only fills halfway and stops. Despite multiple cleaning and unclogging attempts, it still only fills halfway. This model is different from my first one. It's disappointing to spend more money on replacements, especially as I usually trust and purchase products from this brand.

I bought a FlexBrew coffee maker a few months back, and I've been encountering issues with the one cup brewing function. When I place the cup underneath, hot water splatters all over the counter instead of going directly into the cup. Since it's been more than 30 days since the purchase, returning it is not an option. I am unsure why this problem is happening and would appreciate guidance on how to resolve it. I believe that for the amount I paid for the machine, there should be a solution available. My name is Luisa. Thank you.

A few months back, I contacted regarding a faulty unit that was promised to be replaced, with the request to cover the shipping fee. Now, I am prepared to handle this and pay for the shipping. My customer claim number is [redacted] under the name Judy H. The shipping amount is $11.49. I am currently on hold with an estimated wait time of 20 minutes, which has now extended to 2 hours. While I am patient, I wanted to explore the option of reaching out via chat for assistance.

I have a Hamilton Beach coffee percolator, model [redacted], Series D3471BV, received as a birthday gift in November [redacted]. It is around 6 or 7 months old. Lately, when I plug it in to brew, it trips the circuit, posing a potential fire hazard. I am concerned about safety and would like to send it back for your assessment. I kindly request a replacement to ensure the issue is addressed. I await your prompt reply as I enjoy using the percolator and rely on it daily.
Thank you,

I'm inquiring about the Model [redacted] Slow Cooker Crock Crock-4.5/5 Qt. Oval, Black with Part Number: [redacted]01. My mother bought two of these slow cookers on sale at Walmart for $19.99 each. She gifted one to me in June [redacted] and the other to my sister the previous Christmas. I've only used mine a few times, but recently discovered a crack running all the way across, causing it to leak. My sister's slow cooker also has a crack. It's disappointing as we expected the crockery to be more durable, considering the low usage period. I've owned a Hamilton Beach slow cooker before without any issues, so this recent experience is concerning. We hope Hamilton Beach can replace the crockery, as the pots are still functional. If your products are not reliable for their intended purpose, we may have to reconsider purchasing from your brand in the future. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Quality Issue with Hamilton Beach Slow Cookers
I bought two Model [redacted] Slow Cooker Crock-4.5/5 Qt. Oval, Black from Walmart for a great price. One was a gift from my mother, and the other was given to my sister. However, both crocks have developed cracks after minimal use, making them unusable. I have had a previous Hamilton Beach slow cooker that lasted without any issues, so I am surprised by this unexpected problem. I believe the crockery should not crack during normal use, and we would appreciate replacements for the faulty parts. If these products are not durable as expected, it's discouraging to consider buying from Hamilton Beach in the future. Can you please address this quality concern?
Thank you,
Nancy

I'm currently using my third electric kettle in just 5 years, which is truly disappointing. The fact that I've had to replace them so frequently is unacceptable. Each kettle has had issues with the cover or connection. Sometimes I have to swivel the kettle multiple times on the base before it turns on, indicating a problem between the kettle and base. I'm hesitant to pay for another replacement due to shipping costs. I'm seeking reimbursement for the faulty kettles and the fees I paid for them. I originally bought it from "BestBuy.ca" and with the ongoing issues, maybe they should consider a name change. Thank you for addressing this issue. Apologies for any frustration conveyed in my message, it's a natural response given the circumstances.

I recently received the Hamilton Beach air fryer toaster oven I ordered and am impressed with the design. However, I noticed that it generates a significant amount of heat during the initial heating period as per the instruction booklet. I experimented with different temperatures, but it still produces excessive heat. While trying to prevent any burns, I accidentally touched the outside of the oven and burned my arm twice. I am concerned about the safety and wonder if I can exchange or return the oven. Despite my disappointment with the heat issue, the unit is still new and has not been used for cooking. I had been searching for the perfect unit for three weeks, and this one seemed to be the right choice, but the excessive heat is a major concern for me.

I bought a Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich maker a couple of years ago. Last week, it blew a fuse, tripped my breaker, and now it's not working. I wanted to buy a new one but couldn't find it in stock. Bed, Bath and Beyond, where I originally bought it, didn't have any available when I called. They asked me to leave my email for notification, and I received one yesterday. However, when I called, they said they didn't have it. I'm reaching out to the manufacturer to see if I can get one. I'd like to use the 20% off coupon in-store to avoid shipping charges. Can you assist me with this issue?

I own a HamiltoBeach food processor with model number [redacted] and serial number B3581AT, which is under a 5-year warranty. The processor recently stopped working. I submitted a replacement request 3 months ago and followed up with the requested model and serial numbers, usage details (salsa, hummus, and processing tomatoes) over a month ago. I am still waiting for a response and a replacement. If I don't receive a prompt reply, I may escalate the issue to the California consumer protection agency. For any correspondence, please contact me at [redacted]. My shipping address for the replacement is [redacted] Sequoia Ave. Apt. 4, Redwood City, CA [redacted]. If you require the faulty unit returned, kindly provide a return authorization along with a prepaid return label. I have completed all requested tests on the processor, and all visible parts are intact without any damage.

In early August [redacted], I inquired if Hamilton Beach still offers small kitchen utensils like spatulas, forks, and spoons, and where to purchase them. I was told in about three emails that I would receive a response within three days, but I have not been contacted by Hamilton Beach yet. I understand there may be delays due to Covid-19, but it is disappointing to receive emails promising a response timeframe that is not met. As of now, I have not heard back from them. I am currently dissatisfied with Hamilton Beach's customer service as they have not proven to be reliable.

Order number [redacted], dated [redacted], included a toaster (22614R) priced at $14.99 and TWO NON-STICK BREAD PANS ([redacted]) at $67.98 with a discount of -$12.45. I have been trying to resolve the issue of not receiving the bread pans I ordered. I only received the toaster. There is a pending charge of $69 plus on my credit card for the missing items. I request that you refund this charge and send me the two bread pans as paid for in August. I have informed Visa about this, and I am prepared to dispute the charge if needed. Please provide a fax number or phone number for easier communication. I am willing to fax a copy of the order to clarify. I can be reached at [redacted] Thank you, A. R.

I recently purchased a FlexBrew coffee pot Model #[redacted] from Kohls in Edmond, OK about a month ago. I finally set it up yesterday to make my first Kcup coffee, but I am having trouble with the single-serve side. Despite trying various ways, I can't seem to get the funnel and single-serve pack holder to fit inside properly. The lid won't close even without a Kcup inserted. This is different from my previous experience with Keurig machines, and the pieces don't match the ones shown on the box. As a handicapped individual, I rely on assistance to go out, so I am hoping to resolve this issue without having to return to the store. I was excited to use this coffee maker, especially since my husband now drinks decaf, and I still need my caffeine fix in the morning. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michele S.

I bought a Hamilton Beach 2-Way Brewer online through Walmart back in September [redacted]. The 2-cup brewer keeps shutting down before the dripping process is finished. I've tried using vinegar, adjusting water levels, with and without filters, but the dripping remains inconsistent. I have resorted to turning it on "AGAIN" to ensure all the water has gone through so that the next use won't overflow. The helpline is not available, so I'm reaching out this way. I see there's a 12-month warranty and I am looking to get a replacement. Please contact me via email at [redacted] Thank you.

I purchased a Hamilton Beach 2-Way Brewer at Walmart on May 3, [redacted]. The model is [redacted] and the type is A77. It has been functioning well until recently. The coffee is no longer staying hot. Previously, we had to add ice cubes to cool it down, but now it's drinkable straight from the pot. Additionally, we are not happy with the single-serve cup side, as we can't find Senseo pods easily. Thank you for your assistance in addressing these issues. - Robert S.

I am having difficulty obtaining the part number or repair instructions for the turntable motor. Please contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] I have the sales receipt for the oven, which was bought at Walmart in Pekin, IL.
