I received my order on December 23rd around 1 PM. Upon opening the box immediately, I found one completely rotten orange and some others were very soft. However, the grapefruit was in good condition and tasted delicious. I am pleased with my order overall, but I wanted to bring this issue to your attention. Thank you. -James M. On December 13, [redacted], I purchased gifts for four customers for Christmas. In early January, I received a letter stating the delivery of the gifts from Hale was delayed but expected in early January [redacted]. To my dismay, as of February 6, [redacted], none of the recipients had received their gifts. I kindly request assistance to investigate this matter further as we have already settled the bill which amounted to over $[redacted]. We have not received any additional communication from your end. I sent a gift (Order #[redacted]) to my daughter in St. Petersburg, but it was delivered with a rotting orange. I have attempted to contact your customer care phone number without success. Your order catalog guarantees to "make it right" if the delivery is not fresh and perfect. Please inform me of your plan to resolve this issue. I received a package from your company yesterday. Unfortunately, I found it on my front porch this morning completely frozen. I believe there should be a notification to recipients when delivering to cold climates. The package was left on the front porch, an area we rarely use unless someone knocks or rings the doorbell. As it was a Christmas gift from my sister, Marilyn A., I hesitate to bring up any complaints about her thoughtful gesture, but I feel the service provided was below expectations.
