After removing my address details to have my package delivered, the order was canceled. Additionally, I did not receive the $40 gift card for opening a charge account. This situation is becoming frustrating. Although my closest relative is 45 miles away, I am willing to change the delivery address to receive my iPad. I cannot reorder or resolve this issue. The first order was canceled on my birthday, and the $40 gift card was not refunded. The code also no longer works. Despite this, I wanted the iPad and reordered it, but that order has also been canceled. The package could be delivered to my physical address without any problems, but you refuse to send it to my PO Box. I receive many other items at my PO Box without any issues. Why is this process so challenging? I live in a small town in the mountains where all mail goes to a PO Box. Can you please send it through USPS?

I returned three items, but I have not received the credit for them yet. I used an HSN label for the return. When I spoke with customer service twice, including a supervisor, I was informed that there is no record of my return. They even stated that there was no shipping label included with my items, but I always receive one, so I find their claim hard to believe. Customer service was not helpful and bluntly told me they can't do anything to resolve my issue. Due to this experience, I have decided not to purchase from HSN in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with HSN. This is the third time I have ordered a "Today’s Special" only to have my order canceled due to alleged unavailability. I placed the item in my cart, completed my order, and later saw HSN representatives selling the same item on live TV. My order number is [redacted] for the Nutribullet Pro [redacted]-Watt 16-piece Personal Blender Bundle with item number [redacted]. It is frustrating that HSN does not address these issues publicly, allowing all customers to see this unfair practice. It seems unfair that HSN encourages quick orders yet fails to fulfill them. As a company reliant on customer support, this lack of consistency is disheartening.

I purchased a Tan Towel BOGO deal in July with no issues initially. However, about two weeks later, I was informed that the order would be delayed. Then on 8-19-22, I received an email stating that my entire order was canceled due to being sold out. It's disappointing since the item was not sold out when I placed my order, and waiting a month to notify me is unacceptable. This experience reflects poorly on their customer service. It would be fair for them to honor the orders that were made. It's disheartening to see a company treat customers this way, eroding trust. I will be sharing this experience with my friends who shop with them. It's important for people to be aware of such poor business practices and the lack of respect for customers.

I find that HSN has changed a lot recently. In the past, the channel felt more relaxed, and the products practically sold themselves. The removal of core celebrities has altered the dynamic. Now, it seems that owning manufacturing rights and paying a fee to the brand owner is the norm, rather than celebrities being involved directly. I used to be a premier vendor in the late 1990s, but changes in the business model led to me receiving only a 25% fee, which was unsustainable when factoring in payments to celebrities. Even when I had the chance to collaborate with Mindy Grossman, I declined due to various reasons. I believe that HSN should focus on strategic planning rather than hiring individuals from Amazon who may not align with the existing customer base. The presentation on the channel, whether regarding split-screen views or unnecessary on-air comments, lacks authenticity and integrity. With both HSN and QVC under the same umbrella, it's become apparent to me that maybe they aren't the perfect match, especially considering my exclusive areas were centered on icons of the 20th century in music and fashion. - Steven LeVine, New York

I recently purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Chadfield Pillow Top mattress set which was delivered on 10-1-22. When I made the purchase, it was mentioned that there is a [redacted]-day trial period. However, I am finding it too firm and am struggling to return it. Despite my attempts, I keep being informed that it has been over 30 days since the purchase. I feel misled about the [redacted]-day trial offer and am frustrated with the lack of assistance in returning the mattress. I hope this is not a deceptive tactic to push sales. I urgently need guidance on how to proceed with the return as I cannot afford to keep or sleep on this mattress. I am disappointed that you are unable to accept the return of Giuliana's trench coat. I understand that the return period has passed, but it was due to an emergency situation. I had the package ready to mail but forgot about it, and there was no return label included which made it more challenging. My husband had an emergency hospitalization at Frederick Hospital in Frederick, Maryland and I had to stay with him as he cannot speak. I would like to kindly request if Giuliana could make an exception this time and accept the return. Losing one hundred dollars is significant, so I hope you will consider my circumstances. I am looking to return a few items, but unfortunately, they did not come with return labels, which is frustrating. Specifically, I reached out to request a return label for the Marla Wynn satin jacket, but I have yet to receive it, and the 15-day return window is ticking away. I also need to return the Colleen Lopez faux leather fringe jacket, as it is too small. However, I seem to have misplaced the purchase slip. If I am unable to locate it, am I out of luck? I placed an order for a Ninja Woodfire Grill with a stand on November 15th for $[redacted] plus tax, choosing the green model. I was assured the order was successful and expected it by November 22nd. Excited about the deal, I even shared it with my sister. Using Flex Pay, I was informed it would be about $60. However, today I received a call from HSN stating they had no record of my order. Initially, I was told an attempt was made, then later that no record existed at all. This news left me devastated, as I was looking forward to the grill.
