Hello, I placed order FR525540 for a variety of clothing items. Today, I received the package and some items are missing. After checking thoroughly, I confirmed that my order should not have been split into multiple packages. Dear Gymshark Team, I am writing to address an issue with my recent return (#DE[redacted]). Out of the 15 items I ordered, I returned 13. However, upon checking, it seems that only 12 items were accounted for, and one product is still missing. The missing product is the Gymshark Recess Joggers - Dark Green, worth 40.00 EUR. Instead, I received the Gymshark Recess Sweatpants - Dark Green, also priced at 40.00 EUR, and the TRAINING JOGGER worth 35.00 EUR, which I had previously raised an issue about. It appears there has been an error in the return process, leading to the incorrect deduction of 40.00 EUR from my refund. I placed an order for $81.40 through the Klarna app on 11/30/22. The order is still processing and it has been quite some time. I contacted Klarna, and they advised me to reach out to you for an update. I would like to know how long it usually takes for a 3-item order to be prepared. It seems like there might be a delay, and I am concerned about the fulfillment of orders. I have already reached out to your company leaders to address this issue. One item from my recent order was not included in the package I received. I have a separate order on its way and I am hopeful that the missing item will be included in that shipment. The first order, #US[redacted]1, was for a pair of shorts and a pair of leggings, but only the shorts were delivered. The second order, #US[redacted]3, consists of a long sleeve crop top and a pair of training joggers. I kindly request that you ensure the missing item, the Gymshark Vital Seamless 2.0 leggings in Black Marl, is added to the second order. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. I have been trying to get assistance with the shipping issue I am experiencing. On Wednesday, I was notified via email that my package had been delivered. Unfortunately, the items inside do not match what was displayed in the picture. Instead of the crest joggers I ordered, I received black shorts. The shipping number associated with this package is US[redacted]9. I am contacting customer service regarding my order delivery. The communication I received about the shipment has been inconsistent. After being informed it would arrive, a subsequent message mentioned shipping it out, followed by another delay notification with no further updates. I made a purchase on November 27th, but I never received an email confirmation or order number. However, the products arrived two weeks later. I suspect my correct email was not used, causing the lack of communication. I bought a purple sweatsuit, but the pants don't fit. I can't return it without the order number. I purchased from Gymshark around Christmas, and the product was much smaller than the measurements stated. It was frustrating not having a customer service representative to speak with. I managed to notify them online about the issue and request a refund. Despite what I thought was resolved, I noticed a recurring charge on my credit card. The initial $[redacted].80 transaction appeared on Jan 12/23 and then again on Feb 12/23. A credit of $[redacted].80 was issued on March 01/23. The overcharge amounts to $[redacted].80. I have contacted my credit card company, and they advised me to reach out to Gymshark. The transaction in question is labeled ADJ-Google-ADS[redacted]. I placed an order around 5 hours ago with approximately 28 items, but it's not appearing in my order history yet. The payment hasn't been deducted from my account, and I haven't received a confirmation email. Usually, I save the order details, but this time I forgot to. I'm concerned about the status of my order, as I might need to re-order everything if necessary.
