I recently redeemed $[redacted] through Gyft for a gift card at one of their stores on June 25th. However, when I tried to use it immediately after purchase, I was told there was no balance. I reached out to Gyft through their email ticketing system but only received a generic response stating that my complaint would be investigated. I followed up multiple times with no reply.
After struggling to get a response, I called their customer service and was promised call backs that never happened. The lack of communication and resolution is frustrating as Gyft seems to have ignored my concerns about the missing $[redacted]. Even the vendor confirmed that the card was redeemed before I received it, ultimately pointing back to Gyft as the issue.
Despite having used Gyft successfully in the past, this incident has shown their poor customer service and I will not be using their services again. I am seeking advice on how to escalate this matter further given the lack of response and assistance from Gyft.

I am experiencing an issue with redeeming a GYFT card on eBay. After receiving an email confirming my purchase, I was instructed to use a 13-digit code at checkout. However, the code was not provided, preventing me from using the card. Despite sending detailed emails to GYFT, I have not received a response. There is no customer service phone number available, only a "help desk" for email inquiries. I am unsure how to reach their 24/7 support for assistance.

I am unable to access my account no matter what I do. I have followed the instructions to change my password, but it still doesn't work after trying five times. Attempting to login through Gmail redirects me back to the login screen consistently. Even using the app is not helpful as it now states it's unavailable for login. I rely on collecting my periodic funds, and these technical issues are making it much more challenging than necessary.
