I contacted Town North Nissan (TNN) through Cargurus about purchasing a vehicle listed for $16,[redacted] + TT&L pending a Pre-purchase Inspection. After some initial emails with Emmett Hylton, he agreed to the price and suggested a test drive. I clarified that I needed the inspection first. When I didn't hear back, I emailed the sales management team. Despite Lee Tinoco's response offering help, there were further delays. Eventually, I test drove the car and booked a PPI at a Ford dealership. The inspection went well, and I returned to TNN to buy the car. However, Jordan, the new salesperson, claimed the price was too low. When I requested to speak to an authorized person, I was met with resistance from Mr. Diaz, who implied they never intended to sell at the agreed price. He also refused to discuss reimbursement for the PPI.
