During the investigation, Select Portfolio Servicing was suddenly involved. Clayton County Courthouse DMV confirmed my home is paid off, with Bank of America as the only lender. Bank of America revealed Cascade Finance Servicing was an unauthorized ACH debit. I got my money back from Select Portfolio Servicing after two payments. I was advised to stop paying them, yet they demand payment. I mistakenly paid Cascade Finance Servicing $24,[redacted]. Both lenders falsely claim I owe them money on my credit report. They have obstructed my efforts to seek help, flagged my name, and allegedly sold my home. They cancelled my insurance, threatening to take my home due to lack of coverage.
