In [redacted], GreenTree informed us and a lawyer that they were dismissing our loan because of their treatment towards us. When we attempted to sell the house, Diteck claimed we owed $22,[redacted] from the forgiven loan. They mentioned having a lien on the property but insisted we did not owe the money but couldn't sell until it was settled. We are seeking for the loan to be officially dismissed as previously stated. Despite our requests, the company has not provided any documentation regarding this matter. We are requesting for GreenTree to resolve this loan issue and furnish us with a formal letter confirming the loan's payment.

Good morning,
I have the signed title document that was never transferred to the Yoder Family during the closing in July [redacted] in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. A new title has not been created since then.
Unfortunately, the notary Robin Jones-Whitaker and the contact person Thomas Krehel seem unreachable by phone or email.
I'm trying to find a contact for the Green Tree Consumer Direct Company without success. Could the title insurance company assist in acquiring a current title? Is it possible for them to take this document to a notary to obtain a new title?
Please assist Mr. and Mrs. Robert Yoder with this matter.
Thank you,
Terence (Terry) Van Doorne

We had a second mortgage with Greentree due to financial difficulties, we fell behind on payments. Greentree's excessive daily phone calls, even to our neighbors, and request for post-dated checks were distressing. Our lawyer intervened, highlighting their harassing tactics were illegal, leading Greentree to forgive the loan verbally but provided no written confirmation. Years later, trying to sell our home revealed a $22,[redacted] lien from a company now called Dieteck, formerly Greentree. Dieteck failed to provide valid lien information or documentation. The loan has been sold multiple times due to Dieteck's bankruptcy. Unfortunately, to sell our home to our son, we must clear this unjust lien to proceed. Removing this inaccurate lien is crucial for us.

GreenTree informed us that our loan was paid off after we faced harassment from them, but they never provided written confirmation despite repeated requests. When we were in the process of selling our house to my son's girlfriend, we were shocked to discover a $22,[redacted] lien placed on the property by a company called Dieteck, initially misrepresented as being from Bank of America. After much confusion, it was revealed to be from GreenTree, the same company that claimed our loan was settled. We have no documentation to support our case, and we are frustrated by GreenTree's actions, especially considering their history of similar lawsuits that we were unaware of. We are seeking assistance in having this lien removed and holding GreenTree accountable for their misleading actions.

Hello,
I had a mortgage with GreenTree, and when I recently sold the mobile home, there was a lien on the title. Even though the loan was paid off over two years ago, I never received a lien release. Unfortunately, I don't recall the loan number, but our details are as follows:
Franklin & Carolyn Spencer
[redacted] East Horseshoe Bend Road
Park Hill, Oklahoma [redacted]
Our current address:
[redacted] Wagon Trail
Guthrie, Oklahoma [redacted]
The new owners are trying to update the title but are unable to do so without the lien release. Could you please provide us with a copy of the lien release to assist the new owners?
Thank you for your help!
Regards,
Franklin L. Spencer

I took out a HELOC loan in [redacted], and now I need to remove the lien from my property. The loan was on a different property that was foreclosed in [redacted], but there's a false lien on the wrong property I am about to sell. The lien was placed on 68 Mayflower Avenue instead of 63 Mayflower Avenue where the HELOC was taken out. Greentree is ordered to reimburse affected homeowners by the CFPB and the FTC. I am in touch with them regarding this matter. Greentree was fined by the CFPB and FTC for loan servicing abuses and has to pay $48 million in restitution to borrowers along with a $15 million fine.

I am seeking assistance. I have encountered an issue with a DMV title with Greentree for a singlewide that has been sold and fully paid off to Vanderbilt. Vanderbilt claims Greentree did not release the lien when they took over the loan. The property has been sold, and we need the title cleared for the new buyers. I urgently require a phone number or email contact to rectify this promptly. The title search for the new transaction did not reveal any existing liens from Greentree.

My mortgage was transferred to a new company, Newrez Mortgage co, with the loan number #[redacted]. I bought my home 30 years ago for $[redacted],[redacted], and I still owe over one hundred thousand on the loan. I am concerned about this discrepancy as I have always made timely payments and never missed one. At 73 years old, my plan was to have this loan paid off by now. Please investigate this transfer and help me understand why there is still so much left to pay. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dargine Morris.

I need help. I purchased a manufactured mobile home from Greentree Servicing in [redacted]. In [redacted], Cascade Finance informed me they were transferring my account, but later in [redacted], I discovered a duplicate loan on my credit report. When I questioned them about Greentree Servicing, they evaded my questions. They insisted they had been managing my loan since [redacted]. I had to involve a lawyer. During the investigation, Select Portfolio Servicing was suddenly involved. Clayton County Courthouse DMV confirmed my home is paid off, with Bank of America as the only lender. Bank of America revealed Cascade Finance Servicing was an unauthorized ACH debit. I got my money back from Select Portfolio Servicing after two payments. I was advised to stop paying them, yet they demand payment. I mistakenly paid Cascade Finance Servicing $24,[redacted]. Both lenders falsely claim I owe them money on my credit report. They have obstructed my efforts to seek help, flagged my name, and allegedly sold my home. They cancelled my insurance, threatening to take my home due to lack of coverage. Now the courthouse says my title is ready. I want legal action against these lenders for their actions against me and my family. Please assist me in seeking justice.

My father had a loan for a manufactured home with Green Tree, which was later transferred to GMAC Mortgage. The loan has been fully paid off. After my father's passing in [redacted], I encountered an issue trying to obtain a new title at the North Carolina DMV as it still showed a lien against the property by Green Tree. I possess a letter from Green Tree confirming the account is settled. Can anyone assist with resolving this matter? The original loan was under James R. Pate, with Account Number [redacted]5.

I require a lien release for my double-wide manufactured home from a [redacted] loan with Green Tree Servicing LLC. The loan was paid off on January 17, [redacted], yet the DMV still shows an unreleased lien on the title. Louisiana DMV records indicate the need for a lien release letter to confirm the absence of any remaining lien for the title to be issued to me. My name is Sherry Foskey.
