Lively Customer Service Issues

I recently had a representative transfer my contacts from my first smartphone to my second smartphone. I store important contacts such as banking, investment, business, doctors, lawyers, friends, and family under my Gmail account, totaling over [redacted] contacts. However, only 50 contacts were transferred on December 30. I have contacted various offices in Nevada, California, Ohio, and Texas, and each has given me a different explanation. The Nevada office suggested I manually re-enter all my contacts. I believe this issue should be formally reported to AARP since they are affiliated with your company. I have been a customer for approximately 2-3 years, and have faced phone problems two weeks after signing up. Despite multiple 4-5 hour long calls to resolve the issue, it continues to occur. Representatives have been unable to offer a consistent solution, leading to worsening problems. The inconsistency in advice has left me frustrated. I am preparing for back surgery and various appointments, and having my contacts in order is crucial.

I've attempted to reach Great Call via both my smartphone and landline, but the connection is poor, making the conversation garbled and difficult to understand. I'm experiencing issues with my voicemail as well; despite trying to delete messages, they persist and I receive duplicates. Even after selecting the option to delete, the voicemails remain. This has caused me to lose confidence in new voicemails as the same ones reappear. I would like to either erase all messages or cancel my contract due to these problems. Additionally, the monthly fee of $50 seems excessive.
