I am struggling to reach Grammarly's customer service as there doesn't seem to be a phone number available. Since I no longer use my Hotmail account, I am unable to retrieve a new password and I wish to request a refund as I no longer want to use the service. It's frustrating for individuals who may not be tech-savvy and require human assistance with navigating the system. I am concerned about the lack of support. Is there a contact number available? If this matter remains unresolved, I will escalate it to the Better Business Bureau for further assistance.

I am seeking a refund from Grammarly for the past two years. Unfortunately, I have encountered difficulties using the Grammarly program that I paid for. I have been attempting to contact Grammarly for about two years without success. On rare occasions, the program functions, but mostly it does not. It is frustrating that contacting Grammarly seems nearly impossible, and even replying to their emails is problematic. I am considering sharing my experience through YouTube videos to shed light on these issues. I am AR Hill, reachable at [redacted], and I kindly request a two-year refund due to the consistent inability to use Grammarly effectively. It is disappointing that Grammarly lacks phone support and live chat options, making customer assistance challenging.

Hi there,
I have two Grammarly accounts and recently noticed a charge on May 8th for $[redacted] for one of the accounts. However, I only have a basic plan for that account. I believe I might be mistakenly paying for another account as well, as I also see a charge from March 8th for $[redacted]. Could you please refund the most recent charge from May 8th and adjust the subscription to the basic plan as displayed on my end? Thank you.

I registered for a Grammarly business account for my team, but I lost access due to being laid off. I planned to cancel as I believed I was on a quarterly pay cycle, yet I saw two $75 charges today and last month. No one in my team used it. Please refund the $[redacted] debited from my card and cancel the subscription. I value Grammarly and will continue to use it in the future. Thank you. Justin D.[redacted]. Email: [redacted]

Due to my shorter attention span caused by a health condition, I misunderstood the $[redacted].00 annual charge as a $12.00 monthly fee. This oversight led to financial strain as I lack the means to cover this expense. I acknowledge my error and would like to request a refund promptly. My frustration stems from this mistake, but I hold no negative feelings towards the app. I initially downloaded it to enhance my creative writing skills. I hope to resolve this matter swiftly to alleviate the financial burden it has caused.

I have faced several major challenges in the past few weeks. One of my sons overdosed on drugs and I urgently need to get him into treatment. Financially, I woke up to almost no money in my accounts due to issues with an ex-husband and property taxes. I had a recent payment taken out that I couldn't cover, leading to overdraft fees. I am in a tough spot financially and am hoping for a refund of the last payment to help me through this difficult time. I value this service and plan to use it in the future once things stabilize. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, I have been a Grammarly premium subscriber for the past year. I purchased the subscription with my card last year when I started my master's at the University of Johannesburg. Today, on July 28, [redacted], Grammarly deducted [redacted].78ZAR from my account. I would like a reversal as the University of Johannesburg provides subscriptions for students, and I would like to switch to the free subscription there. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I do not recall receiving a reminder that my subscription was coming to an end. I am on a tight budget, and this money would make a difference. My account email is [redacted], and my student email at the University of Johannesburg is [redacted] Please cancel my private subscription and reverse the bank transaction. I contacted the bank, but they were unable to reverse the transaction. Thank you, Dowelani Maxwell Mashuvhamele.

Hi,
I'm Nupur Patel. I recently noticed a charge of $[redacted].78 on my account for a premium Grammarly membership. I did not authorize this charge as I have been using the nonpremium version of Grammarly. Due to financial constraints during the current global situation, I kindly request a refund of this amount. The email associated with my Grammarly account is [redacted], but it should be [redacted], with an added "r". This discrepancy in email addresses caused me to not receive any billing notifications. I would appreciate it if the refund could be processed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Nupur

Hello,
I initially had a free account and later upgraded, but the upgrade seems to have been canceling inconsistently, resulting in an overdraft on my account with a $35 fee. I have not received any email communication from Grammarly about this matter, which seems suspicious, especially considering my previous issues. I am concerned that misspellings may not have been accidental. I have disputed the charge and kindly request a refund. It seems like my account was not functional, leading me to believe it was inactive. I would like to cancel the upgrade as I am unable to utilize it. Your assistance in resolving this is greatly appreciated, as the overdraft fee has put me in a difficult financial situation. My email address appears to be unrecognized on your page, indicating a potential issue. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

I made a mistake while trying to sign in on Grammarly prompted me to create a new account instead of accessing my old one. I have been using my old account for years and wish to continue using it. Please delete the new account to avoid any duplicate charges. My name is Myrna Migala, and I initially registered with [redacted], but now I prefer to use [redacted] Recently, accessing Grammarly has become challenging, and I would like to simplify things by having just one account under [redacted] Please transfer all my previous notes from [redacted] to the new account. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring only one account is active.

Hello,
I've been patiently waiting for a response from customer service since this past weekend. I initially reached out on August 14, [redacted], at 9:34 AM PDT regarding a $[redacted].00 charge from Grammarly on my account, which was processed on 8/7/21. Grammarly Support replied promptly, pointing out that my payment account was associated with [redacted], not [redacted] as I had initially provided. They mentioned only a $29.95 renewal charge on Jul-19-[redacted], not the $[redacted].00 charge I was inquiring about.
Following up, I sent a photo of the $[redacted].00 charge (COBDPMZET) made on 8/9/[redacted] to further clarify my concern. I emailed them again yesterday but have yet to receive a reply. I'm hoping to resolve this matter soon.
Thank you,

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am seeking your assistance. I am a PhD student at TU-Dortmund/Ardhi University.
On July 17, [redacted], I downloaded and installed the trial version of Grammarly on both my desktop and laptop for checking grammatical errors.
While attempting to upload a file named "Manuscript-17-08-[redacted]" into Grammarly, I was prompted to confirm if I wanted to replace the existing file. I opted not to replace it and renamed the file to "Manuscript-17." However, when I tried to upload it, Grammarly indicated the file was empty. Upon opening the file in Word, I discovered that all the text had disappeared. I have been unable to locate the original document on my laptop.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Grammarly team,
I’m sending this message about my Grammarly subscription. I recently got the invoice for the annual fee. I originally subscribed for a trial for work and didn't realize it would automatically renew. I lost my job a year ago and am currently dealing with financial difficulties. I haven't used Grammarly since losing my job, and the subscription continued without my knowledge.
I'm kindly requesting a fee waiver due to my circumstances. I'm sorry for any confusion and appreciate your understanding.
Hope to hear from you soon.

When attempting to sign into my account using Firefox, my primary browser where Grammarly is an "Enabled Extension," the website is not recognizing my login and is prompting me to upgrade to a Pro account.
Despite rarely using Safari, I tested and successfully logged into Grammarly, confirming my purchase of a 12-month Pro subscription on 3.8.21.
I am confused by the discrepancy between my access levels on Firefox and Safari, considering I have been paying for the Pro features. I am seeking clarity on this matter and am also requesting a partial refund for the inconvenience.
I anticipate your prompt response.

After our previous conversation where I clearly stated my desire to discontinue using all Grammarly programs, I was refunded and assured I would not be charged again. However, on July 21st, my Scotiabank Visa card was unexpectedly charged $59.95 US dollars by Grammarly COH3ZQPBC Grammarly.com. I am extremely displeased with this as I believed our business relationship had been terminated. I require the following actions to be taken immediately:
1.) I request a refund in American dollars to be processed promptly.
2.) I seek a detailed explanation regarding the cause of this charge.
3.) I demand all future business transactions with your company to cease immediately.
4.) I insist on being provided with a contact person's name and phone number for any potential future occurrences.
My confidence in your company has been severely undermined.

Hello,
I am in need of assistance. I made a mistake while upgrading from the free version of Grammarly to Premium. Unfortunately, I provided the wrong email address during the process. I have three email addresses - two for business and one for personal use. I paid for the Premium upgrade using PayPal and linked it to my home email, [redacted]
After upgrading, I accidentally deleted the free version of Grammarly from my laptop. My business email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] I received the confirmation email for the Premium upgrade on my home email.
Could you please guide me on how to download Grammarly again and ensure that it recognizes my Premium status correctly? I am a writer with a tight deadline and your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your help and understanding.
Warm regards,
Julie Gray

Dear Grammarly Support,
I am reaching out to kindly request a refund for my one-year premium membership purchased last year. Grammarly was instrumental in aiding me with my postgraduate dissertation and subsequent publications. Regrettably, I failed to review the subscription terms which led to an automatic renewal and charge to my credit card account this morning at 9am BST. I realized $[redacted] was deducted from my account for the annual subscription renewal.
Now that I have completed my studies and started working, I anticipate minimal usage of Grammarly in the upcoming year. Financially, it would be beneficial to have the charged amount refunded. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in facilitating this refund process.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Dear Grammarly,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request a refund for my one-year premium membership purchased last year. While Grammarly was instrumental in helping me complete my postgraduate dissertation and subsequently publish two SCI papers, I recently discovered that my membership was set to automatically renew without my knowledge.
Upon reviewing my account, I realized that $[redacted] was charged to my credit card for the upcoming year's subscription. Given that I have completed my studies and entered the workforce, I anticipate not needing Grammarly as frequently in the future. As such, I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for the automatic renewal.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Sincerely,

I have been trying to reach customer support for an hour without success. I purchased 30 days of Premium ($30.00) and completed editing my 27-chapter manuscript with Grammarly Premium's assistance. However, upon reviewing the first two chapters, I discovered that the content was unchanged. A friend warned me about Grammarly's inconsistencies. With less than two weeks left before my deadline, I am unsure whether Grammarly will provide accurate edits. I am dissatisfied and would like a refund or an extension to re-edit my entire book. I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

I am writing to request the cancellation of my son's subscription/premium account as he has not used it for over a year. I was under the impression it was a one-time subscription but have recently been charged again. Unfortunately, he can't access his account as he forgot his login details and his school laptop is broken. I would like to cancel the account, receive a refund for the charges from the last two years, and provide the card information for the refund. I prefer speaking with someone over the phone, but since there is no contact number available, I am reaching out here. My name is Shannon F. and my son's name is Ayden F. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
