I received my Graco high chair missing the back hinges, which makes it unsafe for my son. Despite submitting a request online weeks ago, I have not heard back from Graco regarding reference number [redacted]1. Update: Graco only sent me one of the two hinges needed, leaving me unable to reach anyone for the missing second hinge.

Dear Graco Customer Service, I recently contacted Graco about an issue with the headrest on my 4Ever car seat. I was very disappointed with the response I received. Dear Claudia, Thank you for reaching out to Graco Consumer Care. Our aim is to provide high-quality service to our consumers. I apologize for the issue with your headrest. Unfortunately, once it is out of place or misaligned, it will no longer assemble correctly. We do have replacement back assemblies available for your 4Ever, which I have ordered for you at a cost of $37.50. You should have received a secure payment link from our parent company, Newell, via email to proceed with the order. If you decide not to proceed, no action is required. Please note, the payment link is valid for 7 days. If you need further assistance, please reply without changing the subject line. Thank you for choosing Graco! Kachenia Graco Consumer Care Reference # [redacted]7 I have not received a response from Graco after my reply to Kachenia’s email. I am disappointed with the service I have received so far. I purchased two items from graco.com on November 29, [redacted]. The items are: 1. SnugRide® 35 Lite LX Infant Car Seat 2. Soothe 'n Sway™ LX Swing with Portable Bouncer. These items were expected to be delivered by January 5th. However, I have not received them yet, and I have already left the hospital with my new baby. I reached out through the "Contact us" page on the graco website, but I have not received a response yet.

I submitted a complaint to Graco two months ago and finally received a response yesterday. They sent me a replacement car seat, but it's not the correct model I requested. I tried to reach out before it shipped, but had no luck. I urgently need it canceled and the correct replacement sent. I've been struggling to get through on the phone as the lines are consistently busy. I really need faster and more efficient responses from them.
