I'm having trouble accessing my bank account and other important websites. When I try to connect, I keep getting an error message saying "Your connection is not private" with details about potential attackers and an invalid certificate error. I have already upgraded as per Google's instructions, but the issue persists. I need to speak with a human from Google support to resolve this problem as the automated bots are not providing the assistance I need.
