I mistakenly ordered the AL'S Italian beef 10 pack kit, but I meant to order the Bruno Italian beef kit which costs $[redacted].00. I need to change this quickly before they prepare the order. The order number is [redacted]2. I have already emailed customer service, and I hope they reach out soon to update my order.

I placed an order through email for one item priced at $[redacted].95, but after providing my credit card information, the order displayed two items totaling $[redacted]. It seems an old item from my cart was included without my knowledge. I contacted Goldbelly's customer support by phone to cancel the extra item, but they said it was too late due to an email being sent. I provided an outdated email address unknowingly. No delivery was made, yet my credit card was charged around $[redacted]. I have informed Chase card about this issue with the order. I was unable to review my order before finalizing it. The whole experience with this company has been disappointing.

Hello, I placed an order on January 21, [redacted], with order number [redacted]9. I am seeking confirmation that my points were applied to this purchase. The website displayed my credit card information, but there was no indication of whether my points were utilized or what my remaining balance is. If my points were not utilized, I kindly request a refund for the amount charged to my credit card and for my points to be applied to this transaction. When I placed my order, the delivery time was initially April 4. Today, upon checking, the order now indicates it will be shipped on April 4 and expected on April 11. Unfortunately, I cannot receive my merchandise on April 11 as it falls after Passover, and I cannot accept the goods on that day. I paid a hefty $15 for delivery, which I found quite expensive. The delay to April 11 is inconvenient as I expected the items by April 4.
