A few days ago, I spoke with one of your representatives who provided me with the information I needed. They mentioned that many parts of my current arrangement with GoDaddy need to be renewed in September [redacted]. However, the costs involved are higher than I'd like, and I require assistance in reducing my expenses significantly. I only need basic functionality on my website and am willing to have customers contact me directly instead of paying through the site to lower GoDaddy's charges. Can I maintain the current version of my site instead of upgrading as suggested by your representative? Also, will using the discount code gdbb1005b grant me a 25% discount to help reduce expenses? I appreciate any advice on further cost-saving measures. Thank you for your assistance.

I was excited to create my own website and share it with friends. I learned a little programming online and decided to surprise my girlfriend with a small site using Wordpress. I thought getting a domain was crucial, so I signed up with GoDaddy and bought one without knowing the difference between a domain and hosting. I was surprised it wasn't too expensive. Later, I realized I needed hosting, which is too costly for me as a foreign student in China without work authorization. I still want to pursue my website plans in the future, but it might have to wait. I'm wondering if there's a way to get a refund for the domain since I won't be using it this year.

I recently received a renewal reminder for a domain that I transferred to someone else on godaddy.com a few months back. The domain no longer appears on my list, yet I am still listed as the "registrant contact." I worry that the new owner might not be alerted about the upcoming expiration because the notifications are still coming to me instead of them. Can you verify if the current owner will receive notification about the domain expiring?

I purchased backups from GoDaddy on February 28th. They charged my credit card $95.88 on both February 28th and March 1st. However, when I tried to restore my website on April 1st, GoDaddy customer service informed me that my card was declined. I later discovered that on February 28th and March 1st, GoDaddy charged me twice for $95.88 each. Additionally, on February 9th, they charged me $[redacted].88 without my consent. When I contacted GoDaddy on April 1st to restore jadecrystallighting.com to March 18th, I was told my card was declined despite the charges on my bank statement. I should have backups from February 28th or March 1st. I am also missing many pictures from my media library between March 2nd and March 13th on jadecrystallighting.com. I suspect this might be due to a full disk. How can I retrieve all my images if that's the case? Today, on April 6th, some of my product images started disappearing accidentally. Could this be related to a full disk?

I received an email from GoDaddy regarding a password reset, but I don't have a GoDaddy account. Can you clarify why this email was sent to me? Please do not reply to this email as it states it will not be answered. The information provided includes steps to reset a password and mentions a customer number: [redacted]85. The email specifies that the link for the password reset is valid for one use and will expire in 2 hours. The message also states that if the password reset was not requested or received in error, it should be disregarded. The email is signed by GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC and includes the address: [redacted] N. Hayden Rd, Ste. [redacted], Scottsdale, AZ [redacted] USA. The footer mentions not to reply to the email and includes a copyright notice from 1[redacted].

I seem to have forgotten my webmail password. When I click on "I forgot", it sends a recovery email to the inaccessible email address. If I request the recovery email to be sent to another email address (the administrator email), I successfully receive it. However, to reset the password, I am prompted to log in first. Despite my attempts to reach customer service, I am notified of a 30-minute wait time at 9:30 pm. Despite the company's claim of award-winning customer service, I am currently not experiencing such assistance.

A couple of years ago, my local computer dealer set up a domain with Go Daddy on my behalf. Recently, I noticed that my account was renewed with Go Daddy, which I wasn't aware of. I'm now facing issues accessing my email due to exceeding the advised quota of [redacted] emails. When I initially opened the account, I made it clear that I have a large mailing list as I am a practicing attorney. For years, I didn't face any problems until a few months ago when emails started bouncing back due to the quota limit. I am unable to access important emails to send to my clients. Unfortunately, I am struggling to get help through voicemail as I don't have the necessary account details since I didn't open it myself. Additionally, I have a new credit card which was not used for the account. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly. You can reach me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] I had long wait times on three separate calls today, hoping for a quicker response. Thank you, Michael D Jones.

Hello, I am currently managing several domains through a different provider: 1. Napier.ca: Primary site and landing page with website and unlimited self-administered email. Emails are forwarded to Outlook and Office [redacted]. 2. Customvows.ca: Wedding officiant site with website and self-administered email. Emails are forwarded to Outlook and Office [redacted]. 3. Prorealty.ca: Real estate brokerage site with DDF, IDX, website, and self-administered email. Emails are forwarded to Outlook and Office [redacted]. 4. Seniortime.ca: Landing page under development with no associated email yet. The site will expand in summer [redacted]. 5. Cdlhomes.ca: Landing page under development with no associated email yet. The site will expand in fall [redacted]. I am interested in streamlining my accounts and considering transferring the domains, hosting, and emails to your services, preferably in April [redacted]. I anticipate consolidating my self-managed email addresses from ~15 to ~3. While I am tech-savvy, I seek migration guidance due to web services not being my primary expertise. Questions I have: 1. Is it feasible to move my services to your platform? 2. Do you offer migration services? (Note: Websites need updating with new templates) 3. Can I manage adding/deleting emails through my control panel? 4. What would be the annual fee considering my requirements? 5. Assuming a transfer is viable, what are the next steps and duration for the process? Best regards, B.N. I have been struggling to cancel my domain and other services with GoDaddy for a week now since receiving a renewal email. I realized I had a forgotten account and domain that I haven't used for almost a year. Despite my efforts to cancel, the renewal button wouldn't work, and I couldn't access live chat on my computer to speak to someone. Being from the UK, I didn't want to incur high call charges, so I messaged here with no response. I've noticed I was charged today and a few weeks ago, which confuses me. I seek refunds for both charges and wish to cancel the domain and any other services I am paying for but not using. I am frustrated by the lack of accessible support to resolve these issues and the substantial charges due to the inability to cancel.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with connecting my DNS to my Heroku server for the application I am hosting. Here are the steps I have taken: 1. I added my GoDaddy domain to my Heroku app through Dashboard > Settings > Add Domain. 2. The process generated a DNS target which I used as the `Value` for the `_domainconnect` `CNAME` record. 3. Additionally, I have set `www.domainname.com` as the `Value` for the `CNAME` record with `Name` `@`. 4. Despite waiting 48 hours for the changes to propagate, I am encountering the same error. I have tried various combinations without success. Any assistance to resolve this issue would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Service and Customer Support I am writing to express my disappointment with your service and customer support team. It has been twenty-five days since I created a user account and made payment for a domain and hosting, but I have been unable to access my account during this time. When attempting to log in with the correct details, I receive an error message stating, "Authentication failed. You entered an incorrect username or password." Despite contacting the customer support team multiple times and following their suggestions, my issue remains unresolved. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action against your company. My customer ID is [redacted]4 and the domain in question is educationlive.in. I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution to this problem at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Subject: Follow-Up on Billing Support Request regarding [Incident ID: [redacted]1] I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the recent outcome of my billing issue. While I am aware of the policy in place, I firmly believe there should be room for exceptions in this case. Here are the key points to consider: - I did not authorize anyone to continue using the website on my behalf. - I did not provide authorization for the use of my new credit card. - I have never consented to automatic payments. - I was unaware of the email address associated with my account, thus I did not receive any payment notifications or updates. - I was under the impression that the website had been deactivated. As a company that upholds integrity, I respectfully request a refund of $62.32, which was charged to my TD Bank credit card. I believe that human judgment can consider special circumstances that may not align with automated processes. I anticipate a positive reconsideration of my case. Thank you for your attention and consideration. Warm regards, R. Constable

Hello, I noticed a $95.88 charge on my bank statement, and I'm unsure of its origin or purpose. The transaction code provided by my bank is [redacted] AZ, and it occurred on April 25th. I'm seeking a refund for this charge and the termination of any domain linked to my account. I have no knowledge of this transaction or how my details were used. Thank you for your anticipated assistance. Best regards, Peter *Update* I have now encountered an additional withdrawal of $18.17, without understanding the rationale behind it.

Hello, I mistakenly had auto-renewal on KEBBI24.COM, a website I manage for clients who have since canceled their services. The renewal fee was deducted from my bank account. I kindly ask Godaddy to transfer the renewal from KEBBI24.COM to ISYAKU.COM, another site I maintain with them. After transferring, you may delete KEBBI24.COM as the renewal has been processed, payment made, and the site is no longer in use. I missed the renewal notifications due to being offline for a few weeks. Your understanding is appreciated.
