GoCardless Ltd Customer Service Issues

I reported to Gocardless an issue I am facing. After entering my personal details and clicking on authenticate, I receive an error message stating, "something went wrong, try again." I am trying to open an account to set up direct debit payments to a company. Despite several attempts, all I receive is a ticket number from the support team with a promise to follow up. I have also sent a screenshot of the details I entered but have not received a response yet. It's frustrating that I haven't been able to speak to a live person to resolve this issue.
