I have encountered an issue with my Gmail account, which I have been using for 20 years under the email ID [redacted] Unfortunately, I am currently locked out of my account.
When attempting to reset my password, I faced the following challenges:

I recently tried to reactivate my account after it was deactivated due to suspicious behavior. However, when I input my last password, I am redirected to a similar page where I have to repeat the process. I am then asked to type in about 7 letters displayed in a picture to verify that I am a human. Despite entering the correct letters, the system keeps telling me they are wrong, making it impossible for me to reactivate my account.

I'm currently locked out of my phone due to entering the wrong password too many times. The recovery step involves logging into my email from a computer, but I stored all my login info on my phone. Each time I try to access my Gmail on my computer, I am required to verify it's me on my phone. Then I have to enter a random number on my phone through Gmail within a short 5-second window. This process sometimes leads to my account getting blocked. If I manage to log in successfully, I receive 2 emails - one about a suspicious sign-in attempt and the other prompting me to check my settings. Unfortunately, in the settings, there are no options to manage this frustrating situation. It's incredibly frustrating and nonsensical!

It has been 42 days since my Google account was hacked. I have been trying to recover it, but 2 hours ago, it showed that my password was changed. I cannot find a way to get it back. I have a Gmail account and a BTInternet email account. I use my Gmail to send emails with the BTInternet alias, but recently encountered an issue. After sending an email with 20 BCCs, I received an error message mentioning too many messages. Even when sending only 2 BCCs at a time, the problem persisted. Since then, emails sent using the BTInternet alias are not being received, while my Gmails send without any issues. I need help resolving this so I can continue sending emails from my Gmail account using the BTInternet alias.

After restoring my phone, I needed to sign back into my Gmail app but forgot my recent password change. I followed the steps for a verification code sent to my cell phone. After trying two emails and a work email, none received the verification code. Even after waiting for 48 hours, I still haven't received the email for verification. I recently changed my password about 10 days ago, but I am unable to access my Google account now due to incorrect recovery information for two-factor authentication. The recovery email listed appears to be incorrect, and I have lost access to my account. I believe I could easily resolve this issue through web chat verification as I have several ways to confirm my identity.

I have been experiencing difficulty accessing my Gmail account since my last password change. I suspect there may have been a typo or that I simply forgot the new password.
I fear losing this account I've had for over two decades, especially since it's crucial for accessing various apps and my files on Google Drive.

Hello everyone, a couple of years back, I incorporated an email account from Bluehost into my Gmail which had been functioning well until recently. Starting from the end of January this year, the emails I receive on the supplementary email account are not being forwarded to Gmail. While I can view these incoming emails in the Bluehost account, they do not appear in my Gmail inbox. Bluehost confirmed there are no problems with their server, as I can see the new emails in the Bluehost account. It seems the issue might be with the Gmail server. Interestingly, my primary Gmail account seems to be affected too. Upon testing by sending an email from a Yahoo account, it didn't reflect in my Gmail inbox. The Gmail account shows the message: "Authentication error. Mail from this account has not been retrieved since Jan 31." and "Server returned error "[AUTH] Authentication failed." A friend asked me to help them by screenshotting an Instagram link and sending it back without clicking it. I hesitated but trusted it was them. After sending the link, I found myself locked out of my account. I suspect being hacked as my password and phone number were changed. During my two-week hospital stay, I got logged out of both my email accounts on my phone due to an expired session. After resetting the passwords, I was unable to log back in.
