I am unable to access my Gmail account due to issues with my Wi-Fi connection. I tried the 2-step verification method, but I cannot receive the code as my phone number is no longer active. My SIM card is in my phone, but it has no signal since my carrier is unable to reactivate it. I am in Serbia, where my old carrier VIP was acquired by A1, and they cannot assist me. I can provide multiple proofs of ownership, including details matching my email address from my ID card. My first and last name, street name, and birthdate all correspond to parts of my email address.

I am having difficulty accessing my Gmail account, haleighbartow[at]gmail[dot]com. It seems the password was changed without my knowledge, and the recovery options only send a code to an email I can no longer access. I believe my account information may have been altered as both my phone number and backup email are no longer connected. I have important personal information in that account. If there's any way to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

I recently got logged out of my new Gmail account, [redacted], and I am attempting to recover it as I seem to have forgotten the password. Despite multiple login attempts, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access. I have been waiting for 48 hours for the recovery email to be sent to my old Gmail, [redacted], as both emails are linked to my mobile number [redacted]. Regrettably, I have not yet received the recovery email and realizing that one needs to be logged in on at least one device to receive it, I have checked all my devices and none have access to the account. I am reluctant to abandon the account given the important information stored within, including legal, medical, financial, and professional matters. I am ready to provide any necessary verification to confirm my ownership of the account. It is also worth mentioning that I may have been logged out due to using a VPN for security purposes.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I am Oladeji Samson Toluyemi, also known as Ty Jokez, an entertainer from Nigeria. On December 18th, around 9 pm, I was unfortunately robbed in my area. The perpetrators took my phones, the Camon 17 and Infinix S5, as well as my laptop, as I was returning from work. I have been struggling to access my Gmail account ([redacted]) due to the 2-Step Verification. I possess all the required documents, including a police report, to verify my ownership of the account. I would greatly appreciate any assistance from Google in regaining access to my account.

I opened my Gmail account, [redacted], in [redacted]. Due to phone servicing, all my information was lost, and I forgot my Gmail password. Consequently, I can't access my Gmail, Google account, and photos, which contain important contact information. To recover my Google account, when using the "forgot password" option, Google verified me with a code. I can provide the code sent to my phone number, but as the second step, Google sends another verification code to my Gmail, which I can't access without my forgotten password. How can I recover both my Gmail and Google accounts? I am currently using a different Gmail account provided below.

Recently, my phone malfunctioned, and I had to switch to a new one. When I attempted to log in to my Google account, I encountered issues due to an outdated 2-step verification method. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to any of the recovery options provided. Despite trying various solutions and researching extensively, the problem persists. I am wondering if there is a way to regain access to my account or reach out to Google for assistance.

Recently, I reset my phone to free up storage space for a beloved game update. Strangely, the authentication code is being sent to my old LG K8 instead of my current Moto E6 like before. The issue is, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my LG K8. This is problematic as I rely on this email for my gaming and console activities, having used it for a long time. I'm at a loss as to why it reverted to an old number from months ago. The email in question is [redacted] Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I had my phone stolen, which had my Gmail account logged in. This email was linked to my bank account through Cash App and my Afterpay account, among other things. When I tried to log back into my Gmail on a new phone, it kept prompting me to reset the password, but wouldn't allow me to log in with my phone number for a text verification. The hacker changed the phone number associated with my Gmail and accessed my Afterpay account. Even the Google verification code wouldn't work as they turned off Google prompts for my Gmail. The only way to access it now is through the password, but even if I enter an old one, it says my device is unrecognized. Please contact me through the email below, as I had to create a new one.

I accidentally cleared my phone data. Now, when I try to log in, it prompts for a password that I forgot. Clicking on "forgot password" requires entering the last password used, which I don't remember. Upon selecting an alternate method, the prompt indicates Google can't verify it's me. Unfortunately, my recovery mobile number and Gmail are not linked, posing a problem. I'm in need of assistance as all my important personal data is stored on the device. Thank you.

I am unable to access my old email address ([redacted]) as I no longer have access to my previous mobile phone and UK Giffgaff SIM. I am currently in Fiji with my Vodafone SIM and a new phone, but I am still unable to log into my email account. Accessing my email is crucial as it contains important information from old and new emails. I have access to my recovery emails but still cannot gain entry to my Gmail account. I am seeking assistance with this matter and am willing to provide identification such as my passport if required.

I can't access my Gmail account because I forgot my password. I've tried to reset it, but the 2-step verification process isn't working for me. My primary cell phone is broken, so I can't receive text messages or open the YouTube app. I have iMessages on my Macbook, but I'm not getting any of Google's text messages, so I'm unable to retrieve my password.

I have been trying for a couple of months and have lost access to my account. I cannot remember how this happened, as it has been quite some time. The Gmail associated with this account is [redacted] I did not set up a recovery phone number or email address, as I believed this was a disposable account. I do not remember the password or any previous passwords. I am willing to prove ownership of the account in any way possible to regain access. I would appreciate it if the account could be recovered through a password reset or any other method available.

I am trying to regain access to an old Gmail account nearly six years old, which I used to sign up for a service I used at that time. The account still exists, but I cannot recall the password. I need to reset the password for this service, but the reset prompt is being sent to that old email address. Despite trying various password combinations, I am unable to recover or reset the password. Google is unable to confirm that the account belongs to me. I now use a different email address and I am hoping to at least access the old account to reset the password for the service and update my information. I am willing to provide any necessary information to verify ownership of the account. Thank you.

My Google account and email were hacked 2 days ago. I changed my Google password in the morning, but in the evening, a notification popped up on my phone asking for verification, which my 8-year-old sister unknowingly confirmed. Later that night, I discovered that my account had been hacked. The hacker removed all my devices from the account, changed the verification phone number and email, and locked me out of all my personal data. I can prove the account is mine with my NRC photo, photos in Google Drive, my first password, and my father's name. What steps should I take next?
