I am having trouble accessing my old account that I last used nearly five years ago. Since then, I have changed my phone number. Despite setting up a recovery email, when I attempt to log in and enter my password, I am prompted to enter a code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. The option to use the recovery email for login is not appearing. Each time I enter the password, I receive a message stating that Google cannot verify the account belongs to me. I relocated four years ago to a new area and do not use the same internet provider or device. Although I have a recovery email in place, I am unsure why I am not being prompted to log in using it. I am at a loss on how to proceed.

My email, [redacted], was hacked three days ago. When I created it on November 24, [redacted], I had only added the recovery email [redacted], without a phone number. The recovery email received an email about the activity, but it expired before I could check. I created the account on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. The account name was Ahmad Q. On December 2, [redacted], I linked the account with my Twitter. Recently, I found out that the recovery email was changed to [redacted] and a recovery phone number was added. I can provide screenshots for proof if needed, but I'm unable to send them here. Thank you for your help.

I am unable to proceed with the Google account's 2-step verification due to an incorrect or outdated phone number associated with it. I am attempting to access my account from my personal laptop, which is set as my preferred device. Despite selecting "try a different way" for verification, I am only prompted to send a code to my phone. When choosing this option multiple times, it redirects me to a message about sending a code to my Gmail, which I can't access. Although my Hotmail, listed as the recovery email for my Gmail, received a notification of a blocked sign-in, it did not receive any verification codes. There seems to be no option to request a code for my Hotmail either. My broken phone screen prevents me from unlocking it to access emails there. I attempted to mirror the phone's screen on my computer but was unsuccessful. I urgently need help to break this cycle and access my account. Simply sending a verification code to my recovery email would resolve my issue.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account. I've attempted to recover the phone number linked to my account to receive the verification code, but have been unsuccessful. Additionally, my phone was stolen earlier this month, so this recovery option is not viable. I can verify my identity as I've been receiving emails from Google indicating password changes through my Hotmail address. I would appreciate any assistance as all my important documents and information are stored in my Google Drive. Thank you, Alvaro Fernandez

Hello, I have a XIAOMI Android smartphone and I am trying to use the GMAIL app as my email host for all my email accounts. I'm trying to add my hotmail account to the GMAIL app, but it's not working. I contacted MICROSOFT, and they confirmed there are no issues with my account and advised me to reach out to you for assistance. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account. Every time I attempt to reset my password, it indicates that my account doesn't exist and the security question is incorrect. I've exhausted all possible solutions. The email connected to the password recovery is my mother's, who no longer uses the account, making it impossible to receive a security code. I've been attempting to resolve this issue for weeks with no success. I'm unsure of the next steps to take. Any assistance in retrieving my account would be greatly appreciated.

Google alerted me that my Gmail storage was full, leading to me deleting all content. Unfortunately, I wasn't warned about the potential loss of notes on my iPhone stored in Gmail, causing a significant issue. In the past, many users have faced similar problems that should have been addressed. Strangely, my iPhone had stored its notes in Gmail instead of iCloud, Hotmail, or the phone directly, resulting in their complete removal. Although the Gmail search displays the note names, clicking on them yields no results. I am seeking assistance in the retrieval of my "permanently deleted" notes that are currently inaccessible. Your help restoring them is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am facing a problem where my son's email has been mistakenly added to my account, causing several issues with multiple Google services. I have attempted to resolve this matter several times through various channels to no avail. My email address is [redacted], while my son's email is [redacted] I kindly request to have my email reinstated as the sole email on the account and remove my son's email from the setup. This mix-up is affecting my Google Fiber, Google Photos, Google Meets, and other services linked to my account. Your prompt assistance in correcting this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with five of my Gmail accounts being repeatedly hacked since November 22nd. Despite changing passwords and going through the recovery process multiple times, the hackers keep gaining access, changing my passwords, and now have completely locked me out. They have compromised my devices, including my phones and computer, forcing me to change phone numbers. I am currently using [redacted], but they have breached this number as well. I urgently need to regain access to my accounts as all my important information, including bills and credit cards, are stored there. They have also wiped out my computer and accessed all my emails. Seeking assistance. Thank you.

I am having trouble with my Gmail account connecting to the Mail app on Windows 10. While I can send and receive emails successfully, an error message appears every time I refresh the email or receive a new one. The error says, "Your Gmail settings are preventing us from accessing your email. In the Gmail settings, make sure IMAP is enabled and that Show in IMAP is selected for your folders." I double-checked that IMAP is enabled and that the "Show in IMAP" option is chosen for the folders I need. Seeking help to stop this error from popping up in the Mail app.

One of my Gmail accounts got hacked about six months ago. When I tried to access it, it said the number had been changed. I haven't taken any action yet, but I noticed this help email. The account in question is [redacted] I can provide most of the information I remember about the account. I used it to send emails to my other account, and it was spelled exactly like that.

Please, Google team, I need your help. I have my password and the mobile number registered on Google. Unfortunately, after resetting my phone, I am unable to access my Google account. The prompt shows on my phone, but I am not receiving it, making it impossible to access my account. I have tried various recovery methods, filled out Google forms, and submitted the disabled account form, but my account has not been recovered yet. I am feeling really upset about this.

I entered my email and password, but I have two-step verification enabled. It prompted me for backup codes or to tap a number on my other phone, which I don't have. I then attempted to use my phone number, but it was not recognized. Following this, I removed the phone number from my other email account, but still encountered issues. I then tried the "forgot email" option, entered my backup email, and provided my name. After confirming my email, I was asked to type in my password, which I did. I received a code on my backup email, but the system still insisted on backup codes or tapping a number on a non-existent phone. The system is unable to recognize me, and I am striving to access my Gmail using my backup email.

I encountered an issue on 11/27/21 as I couldn't access my Google apps like Maps and Gmail. I received a message stating "Account action required" for [redacted] When trying to verify my account, I was signed out and asked to enter my password, which then informed me it was changed. Despite attempting account recovery with a verification code sent to my phone, I was unable to receive the text message. I also tried using my backup Gmail account, but it required verification through my locked current account.

My email, [redacted], was hacked. I suspect it was done by an ex who is a hacker. Initially, the recovery email appeared to be mis……[redacted], which I believe might be [redacted] (not my email, linked to his non-profit). I urgently need to regain access to my account but have been unable to do so. Please assist promptly. Ali Eslami or Nicolle White may be associated with that Gmail, and Ali has a history of hacking and is dangerous.

Dealing with Google One and Gmail has been incredibly frustrating and difficult. As a disabled senior, I recently purchased additional storage with Google One. However, after replacing my cellphone and resetting it, I encountered numerous issues with signing in and out due to my brain fog. It's overwhelming having to go through this ordeal each time I change phones. Now, I am unable to access my Chromebook or Gmail. Whenever I try to enter my email, [redacted], or phone number, [redacted], I receive an error message saying "this account already exists" in red text. Getting help from Google and Gmail has been impossible, and continuously signing out, signing in, and resetting passwords has turned into a nightmare.
