Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my email as I forgot the password. I have two-step verification set up on my mobile phone, but I can't remember the email for recovery. The email address starts with "[redacted]" and I know the name is Asif. I really need human online support as I can't find the right email to recover my account. Please assist me, Google, because I urgently need access to my email. Thank you.

I'm not very good with computers. My email isn't working properly. When I send an email, I keep getting failure notifications. I don't recognize the email address it's trying to send to, not the one I entered. Gmail mentioned something about linking my account. I changed my password, but emails still won't go through. I am frustrated by the situation. I have been attempting on and off to recover an account I lost long ago. All my current accounts are variations of [redacted], such as devincooper99, devincooper1999, and so on. Approximately five years ago, I lost access to cooperdevin99, which led to losing access to multiple accounts, including an Xbox account with several purchased games. The primary account I currently use is linked to the lost one but I cannot access it. I remember the possible answers to the security question, but due to restrictions, I cannot make further attempts. I am eager to regain access to [redacted], as I believe it was lost due to hacking or forgetfulness years ago, causing me the inconvenience of having to cancel credit cards initially.

I had previously created a Gmail account, "[redacted]," for my friend who didn't have one at the time. I saved the password on this PC but after a factory reset, I lost access. The account was only linked to the PC and my Xbox Microsoft account. I set up a family group to manage his account, but now I'm locked out. I'm hoping for a solution, possibly using the computer's IP address or providing proof of creation through the connected Microsoft account.

Hello, about two weeks ago, my Gmail account was compromised. I have been unable to recover it due to the hacker changing all of my information, rendering Google's verification methods ineffective. The hacker's IP address is [redacted].58.[redacted].37, and my affected Gmail account is [redacted] Prior to the breach, my password was AliceBot2000, and the linked phone number (+44)07[redacted]12 was also altered by the hacker. Kindly help me regain access to my account, as it contains important emails, including details related to my Fortnite account. In the meantime, I have resorted to using my secondary linked account, [redacted] I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Earlier today, I received a message from Google about a security issue, prompting me to create a stronger password containing numbers and symbols. The reason for this notification was my occasional use of my mom's phone for YouTube. Despite not wanting to change my password, the persistent notifications led me to change it twice. Unfortunately, neither of the new passwords I set seemed to work, and now I am unable to revert to the original one I had earlier in the day. I am unable to use my backup email as it is linked to my old school address, which has been deactivated following my graduation.

Recently, my Gmail account was compromised, and despite attempting Google's verification steps, I have been unable to regain access due to the hacker changing all my information. The hacker's IP address is ***.**.***.** (obtained from a Google notification), and my hacked email is *****@***.com. Prior to the breach, my password was AliceBot****, and the linked phone number was (***)***** ******. I urgently need access to my account as important emails, including my Fortnite account details, are stored there. Currently accessing a secondary account, *****@***.com, linked to the compromised Gmail. I seek assistance in recovering my account promptly. I am experiencing an issue where I'm not receiving emails from a specific contact in my list. This seems to be happening randomly and for just a few emails. For example, my talent agent from Brevard Talent Group sends me audition notices that don't reach me. These emails do get delivered to my alternate gmail accounts or my wife's email, but not my primary one. Today, there was a situation where my wife tried to forward an email to me, which she received, but I never got it. I also missed an important email from the set's costume department requesting my sizes. I've checked the junk folder, and the emails are not there. The sender confirms the emails were sent. I'm worried about missing other critical emails. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I have been using Gmail ever since Yahoo got hacked, by importing my primary email from my main email account at cfl.rr.com, which is now owned by Spectrum. However, two days ago, I started receiving error messages when trying to send messages from my Gmail account using my email address at cfl.rr.com. Spectrum provided new server information, but it did not work. I researched online and found that all Roadrunner servers use mail.twc.com as the server. Despite trying different port options, I have been unable to set up my Roadrunner email to send from Gmail. I prefer using Gmail over Spectrum webmail and would like to continue doing so. Currently, I am using Outlook, but it doesn't sync with my iPhone, so I can only access emails on my laptop.

About two years ago, I created a YouTube channel but have since forgotten the associated Gmail and phone number. I believe the Gmail might be either '[redacted]' or '[redacted]'. However, just having this information isn't enough to access my account. I've got some proof to verify my identity: 1) I have the full-resolution version of my profile picture, which can't be downloaded easily. 2) I still have the jacket and wristwatch depicted in the banner picture, which I could provide in a photo or video. 3) I use the same computer and Internet provider, so if YouTube tracks IPs, that could confirm it's me. I'm looking to recover my account and believe a phone/voice/video call with a Google employee could resolve this. I'm willing to pay up to $[redacted] for assistance. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My phone was taken and used by my ex-girlfriend. She somehow changed all my email and Facebook passwords. Now, I have no access to anything, including the phone I used. I need to recover my email, [redacted], to regain access to my accounts. Despite trying all available methods and providing my new Gmail address for a response, I have received no help so far. Hello, I am a YouTube creator and I am dealing with a user who has been stealing my private pornographic videos and posting them with fake accounts under the name "Trinkel Bay." This has been an ongoing issue, and I would like assistance in stopping this individual. The user has been threatening me and continuously uploading my private videos. I believe action needs to be taken to prevent them from creating new accounts to continue this behavior. I am considering hiring a lawyer to address this illegal activity, and any assistance in obtaining information about this user would be greatly appreciated. I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Gmail/Google account as the password is not working on my broken smartphone. I've attempted various passwords on my work computer with no success. The recovery system sends codes to my non-functional phone, making it impossible to retrieve them. Despite solely trying to regain access to my own account, the system flags it as unusual activity. I require communication via an alternate email address since my primary phone is inaccessible. The current methods are insufficient for situations where the user's phone is damaged or lost. Additional solutions should be considered beyond the limited two-step verification, especially for customers who can't use their phones to receive codes.

I lost my previous device that was logged into my Gmail account. After getting a new phone, I couldn't log in because I couldn't remember my password. Additionally, my recovery phone number is outdated, making it impossible to receive a code or update my security information. I've sent multiple emails to have my account reviewed and password reset, but haven't had any success. I have provided a contact email for communication in the meantime but haven't received any solutions. Please investigate this matter.

I purchased an online mobile game account from a friend in another country, connected to a Gmail. Despite changing the password, phone number, and recovery email, activating two-factor authentication, and receiving reset emails which I always stop, my friend has somehow managed to steal back the account and is now asking for money to return it. I have evidence of our conversations and the situation.

Hi, I encountered an issue with the game "Heroes Charge" losing all data after a reinstallation. Ucool informed me to contact Google Support and provide a specific Google ID, which I'm unsure where to input in my account. Here is the message from ucool: "Hi! I apologize for the delay. After checking the issue, you need to contact Google support and provide this Google ID: g[redacted][redacted]. This will help us identify the email linked to the game. Once you have the information, please create a new account and link it with the email associated with the Google ID: g[redacted][redacted]. Kindly let me know once this process is completed. My Gmail account was hacked on Saturday evening, 1/26/[redacted], after falling for a fake pop-up claiming to be from Google requesting ID verification. Although my phone flagged the call as a scam, I unfortunately had already entered my Google password. After deleting the pop-up, I found I was signed out of my email, unable to access it since. I've alerted all my contacts and now need help recovering and deleting the compromised account. I'm hesitant to create a new Gmail account for fear of another hack and unsure if the hackers have access to my iPad. I prefer speaking with someone directly as opposed to chat due to unfamiliar terms. As I no longer have access to my email, I won't receive any responses there. Assistance is needed. I recently switched my phone service from Verizon to Straight Talk, first using an iPhone and then switching to my Samsung device since the 27th. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost access to my regular Gmail messages dating back to the same day. When I tried to access my account, one site even claimed it didn't exist, despite me having it for over 15 years. Strangely, I'm unable to receive emails but can receive text messages. When redirected to a technician by your support team, they requested my credit card details, but I couldn't provide an email that was deemed valid. I am now struggling to find an alternative email address as I am not very tech-savvy, even though I may have another unused one somewhere. Any guidance on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Dear sir, I have forgotten the password for my email and have also deleted my email from my mobile. When I try to open that email, I am facing a problem resetting the password. Google sends an OTP to my phone number, but when I enter that OTP, Google sends another OTP to my recovery email, which I don't have access to. When I try to enter another email to access the recovery email, it ends with "Google is not verifying it belongs to you." This problem reoccurs every time. I encountered difficulty providing the correct password, leading you to send a "code" to an outdated email address from 2.5 years ago at shaw.ca. This situation has prevented me from accessing my account on gmail.com. As a result, I created a new account today ([redacted]) and would like to deactivate the current one, retrieving around [redacted] emails associated with my previous account.
