Some time ago, I bought a set of Glasslock clear glass containers from my local Bed Bath and Beyond. The plastic lids have light blue seals, and the box contained four different sizes of glass bases. Despite following the instructions and washing them on the top rack of the dishwasher, I've struggled with snapping the lids on securely. After several months of use, the issue persists, leading me to cover the bases with cling wrap to avoid the problematic lids. Since I've had the items too long to return them, I'm reaching out for assistance or suggestions to address this challenge. I'm not seeking a refund but simply seeking help to make using the containers easier. If I can't resolve this, I may need to part with the set. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! - S

I recently received Glasslock containers as a gift, which included both square and rectangular glass containers. The specific square container I had trouble with measures approximately 6"x6". After taking it out of the freezer and opening it, I discovered that two sides of the lid were loose and came off. This was unexpected and disappointing.
The company's website informed me that they only offer replacements for products bought directly from their site. I believe that the company should provide support for all their products, regardless of where they were purchased.

A while ago, I purchased the Member's Mark 24-Piece Glass Food Storage Set by Glasslock from Sam's Club (Model # GL1810, Item # [redacted]48). The packaging and online information mention it's safe for oven, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. I avoid microwaving the lids or cleaning them in the dishwasher. Recently, I stored one of the 2-cup rectangular containers with the lid in the freezer, and now the lid has cracked. I am quite disappointed. Can I request a replacement lid? I am puzzled why it's advertised as freezer-safe when this occurred.
