I am currently dealing with an Estate tied to a bank account at Bank of the San Juans in Canon City, Colorado. The behavior of the "manager," Mike Phillips, has been extremely disappointing. He has not been helpful and has even shown unprofessionalism by berating the Personal Representative in front of other staff members. This behavior is unacceptable and embarrassing for everyone involved. Mike Phillips should definitely know better and his actions have left a negative impression on the employees who have witnessed his rude conduct.

On November 2, I was at GlacierBank's ATM at Moose's business in south Kalispell. I used my Direct Express card to withdraw $[redacted], but the ATM froze and did not dispense the money. Direct Express advised me to contact the merchant for a refund since the amount was deducted from my card. I should be visible on the security camera footage confirming my claim. I have been patiently waiting for a month now, and Direct Express still directs me to the ATM merchant for reimbursement. This delay has been very frustrating. I was driving a white Dodge, and my brother was with me on the night of November 2 at 11 p.m. The $[redacted] I tried to withdraw was from my SSDI funds, and I really need that money returned to me.
