I recently visited your Greenfield store on Murray Ave in Sq. Hill to buy your branded ice cream. I was surprised to find it priced at $3.99 per gallon. Later, I visited your Waterfront store in Homestead and found the same ice cream on sale for $3.34. I ended up buying it there instead. As a resident of Sq. Hill, I am disappointed that your prices are more affordable at the Waterfront location. It's inconvenient to have to go to Homestead just to get a better deal.

I recently encountered an issue where I couldn't use my debit card without entering a PIN, which had not been a problem previously. As I didn't have enough cash on hand, I purchased a Giant Eagle gift card online as an e-gift. Unfortunately, when I went to use it in-store, the staff seemed unaware of how to process the e-gift card in their system. This resulted in wasted time and money, as even the manager was unable to assist. The situation was quite frustrating, not to mention disappointing.

Hello, I am Kim K., a loyal customer and member at GetGo #[redacted] in Columbus, Indiana. This morning, around 11:06 am, I visited the store when the marquee displayed member gas at $3.23 a gallon, a drop from $3.43 the day prior. However, upon reaching the pump, the price showed $3.43 for members. I canceled the transaction and discussed the discrepancy with the store employees, who stated the pump was accurate, but the sign hadn't been updated yet. I find this situation unacceptable. I came for gas at the advertised price, not a higher one. It goes against the law to advertise one price and charge another, resembling bait and switch tactics. Whether a timing issue or not, pumps should match the signage to avoid customer confusion. I am disappointed as a frequent shopper at this store and would like guidance on addressing this matter. I visit this store regularly during the workweek for gas and other purchases. The inconsistent pricing has left me disheartened. I have included images of the receipt, timestamp, sign, and pump price for reference.

I got my flu shot last Wednesday, November 15th, because I saw an ad promising a $10 credit on my advantage card. The paper ad I received didn't mention a start date, only an end date. When I went to get the shot, I was informed it was only a $5 credit. After checking the ad again, I realized there was indeed no start date listed on the single paper sheet. When I called customer service to inquire, the representative rudely informed me that the $10 promotion would only start on November 16th.
