Every attempt I make to reach out to UPS through your service leads to a peculiar occurrence. Upon dialing the provided phone number, I am surprised to hear my own voicemail message play back on the line. This unusual situation has happened twice. Despite waiting for instructions to connect me to an agent by pressing a specific number, I was left with silence on the line. Strangely, the call from your [redacted] area code number appears to loop back to my voicemail instead of linking me to UPS. After ending the call, a notification reveals a voicemail from your company instructing me to press one for a live UPS agent. However, the call seems to get tangled, resulting in my voicemail receiving another call. This leads to a missed opportunity to connect with your company as the intended prompt is lost. In essence, the service is currently not functioning as expected.

I've noticed that your service calls me twice simultaneously, which is quite inconvenient. The first call connects me to my own voicemail when I am expecting a call from the UPS representative, making me miss the important call where I need to press "1" to be connected. Even when I try to decline the first call, both calls come in at the same time, causing me to miss the important call with the representative. This arrangement needs to be adjusted to ensure that I can successfully receive and answer the calls I am expecting without any issues.

I have sent emails to www.card.com at [redacted] on Nov. 10, [redacted], Nov. 16, [redacted], and Nov. 17, [redacted]. I used [redacted] to communicate and attached three pictures: my California state ID card, a photo of my social security card, and a photo of my old CARD.COM card. My name is Laurie R. The card expired on 4/28 with a CVV code of [redacted] and card number 4[redacted]-4[redacted], although it is deactivated. I emailed regarding an outstanding $37.00 balance and requested a paper check. I provided my current address in the emails. I hope to receive a response from card.com and get my money. Thanks for your assistance.

I recently made a purchase on ebay.com and received my items. However, a week later, I received an email notifying me that my account has been permanently suspended. The reason provided was that I had put the eBay community at risk. I attempted to seek clarification using the automated assistant, but it only directed me back to the email. Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate a direct customer service contact on the eBay website, besides the automated assistant. I am eager to understand the specific actions that led to the permanent suspension of my account. Thank you.

I contacted Instacart customer service through GetHuman on February 2nd around 10:00 a.m. The call concluded at approximately 10:17 a.m. CST. I requested a transcript to be emailed to [redacted], but instead, I received a string of asterisks. The transcript is important to me, and I would greatly appreciate receiving it. Is there still a possibility to obtain it? I have the email that was sent to me, but it did not include the transcript. My phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] Thank you.
