The timer indicating the "Estimated time until we call you with a rep on the line" has been displaying 6 minutes for the past 30 minutes. This is hindering me from attending to other tasks as I need to be present at my computer when the callback from the vendor comes through to access my account information. Waiting around for a GetHuman callback is nearly as frustrating as being on hold with the vendor. Can you please address why the timer is not updating? If it showed a longer wait time, like two hours, I could plan my time more efficiently. Is there a way to receive a more precise estimate of when I will receive the callback?

My friend Shenika F. made a reservation for a studio room at Bwalk Resort Rentals through Agoda for October 8, [redacted], to October 12, [redacted]. Please address the issue with the password creation box, as it currently rejects valid entries containing only letters and # symbols. The error message, "Invalid password," appears in red text below the box whenever a modern English character, digit, or common punctuation symbol is entered. This frustrating situation impedes customers from creating passwords easily and hinders their experience with your service.
Kindly resolve this issue by 1/28/22, which allows a reasonable timeframe of 4+ business days for the necessary adjustments to be made. I have attempted to access the site using various browsers, including Chrome, with no success, despite adjusting cookie and privacy settings.
I appreciate your service, albeit with room for improvement, and look forward to a swift resolution.

I contacted my Facebook account administrator to refute the false "impersonation" report, which contained personal events not meant for everyone to see on Google. I shared about losing both my parents within four months and feeling isolated in Freeville. After Facebook investigated and restored my account, I was shocked to find my letter on Google, causing me great embarrassment. Despite requesting its removal and sending follow-up emails without response, the post remains. I urge for your assistance in deleting it from Google. Your prompt attention and kindness are greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with returning several items for a refund.
1) I purchased an Organic Vanilla, 4 oz., that was defective. The bottle leaked due to a faulty cap, and the vanilla inside tasted spoiled and had a foul taste.
2) I accidentally ordered 10 Lighted Vanity Mirrors instead of one. I expected a plug-in version but received the Newx Supervision Lighted Vanity/Travel Mirror instead, which I do not want. There was an issue with payment, possibly due to my Fraud department flagging it. Can the payment be processed again?
3) I received three IronFlask 22oz. Day and Night bottles, but I only intended to purchase two.

GetHuman, I appreciate your assistance. Facebook has locked me out of my account since January 6th under the pretext of unauthorized access attempts. They are requesting a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, provided in a specific format and colored photo. They also allow other government documents like a passport as alternatives. I am trying to regain access to thank donors who contributed $[redacted] for STOP SOLDIERS SUICIDE. Despite submitting my ID, they have not unlocked my account. I have adhered to all their requirements and guidelines, yet my access remains restricted. I am unsure why they are refusing me access despite my compliance. I initially reached out to Gethuman regarding an issue with my iPad service. Despite being told that I could cancel my account if my question wasn't resolved, the solution provided didn't help. I thought I had requested the cancellation of my account, but I noticed on my bank statement that automatic monthly payments were still being deducted. I would like to request a refund for these payments as I haven't used the service and also ensure that my account is closed.

On Thursday evening, March 17th, I utilized GetHuman to retrieve a Delta Airlines reservation number promptly. To my surprise, the "new reservations" number turned out to be for Boketo.com. Even though the representative claimed to be from Delta, I unknowingly paid significantly more than Delta's web prices for tickets. I quickly realized something was amiss and attempted to cancel the transaction, but the Boketo representative abruptly ended the call. Upon realizing I had been scammed, I contacted Delta to cancel the tickets and rebook. However, Boketo had charged me several hundred dollars above Delta's prices, a booking fee more than 40 times the promised $10.
Despite my efforts to cancel, I discovered an error in the email address Boketo provided to Delta, making it challenging to rectify the situation independently. I urge GetHuman to remove Boketo's contact number (currently [redacted]) and ensure accurate information in search results.
I seek assistance in recovering the funds fraudulently taken by Boketo to protect others from falling victim to similar schemes.

I have submitted my issue twice to GetHuman regarding TuneIn without any assistance. GetHuman requested a $1 trial membership fee. I felt frustrated as TuneIn has been deducting money from my account monthly. Seeking help elsewhere led me to this site, but it seems no different from TuneIn. I am in need of human interaction to resolve my problem, but I do not want to face money issues as with TuneIn. I have recently experienced an issue with Citi Bank Mastercard (Shop Your Way/Sears) where they withdrew more money from my checking account than the agreed amount, causing me financial trouble. On January 26th, my SSI check was deposited into my account with The Card.com. I withdrew $[redacted], but the next morning, I discovered my account was empty. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to file a dispute over the phone, it took a month to reach a customer service representative who promised to send a dispute form that I never received. Eventually, I was given an email address to submit proof of unauthorized access to my account. Despite assurances of a reimbursement if a decision wasn't made in ten days, no resolution occurred. After 3 months of back and forth, they claimed the request had expired. They now insist I am at fault, despite evidence like screenshots showing access alerts, unauthorized changes to my account details, and tampering with my SSI check. It's frustrating that they are putting the blame on me for their mistakes.

I am assisting my employee in renewing his Permanent Resident Card. The employee is Jose Angel De Loera Garcia of 58 DeWitt Avenue, Napa, CA [redacted]. Although notified on 5/19/21 that his biometrics were reused and his case was progressing, there have been no updates since. Despite multiple attempts via phone and website, no progress has been made. A call to schedule the appointment is urgently needed for Mr. De Loera, who requires the card for work. I recently placed an order with Overstock for a green outdoor chair cushion, priced at $45.78, and paid through PayPal. Overstock informed me that the cushion, order#[redacted]21, would arrive around July 15. However, on July 12 at 8:58am, I received a message claiming I had canceled the order, which I did not do. After failed attempts to contact Overstock, I reached out to PayPal, which confirmed the payment was pending.
Upon connecting with Overstock, I was told there was a fraud issue with my order leading to its cancellation. After multiple calls, I was advised to contact the Fraud Department to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the number provided led me to the wrong person. Despite these efforts, the problem remains unsolved, leaving me at a dead-end.
I had chosen this cushion to match existing ones, and I am now at a loss on how to proceed.

I am reaching out for help regarding an issue faced by an elderly veteran with T-Mobile billing. The veteran acquired a phone on July 13, [redacted], and enrolled in auto-billing. Unfortunately, T-Mobile did not process the auto-billing, resulting in the phone being deactivated last week due to missed payments totaling $[redacted]. He is being charged for internet despite not using it, as well as a device for luggage even though he never leaves home.
