I enrolled in GNG's budget billing plan but recently attempted to switch back to a regular plan. However, GNG has continued to bill me based on the budget billing arrangement. Upon contacting them, I was informed that I owe the discrepancy between my usage and payments. It turns out I was being charged a very high price per therm. Surprisingly, despite being on the budget plan, I was required to select a price plan, which was not communicated clearly to me. I am currently requesting GNG to recalculate my charges at a lower price per therm, but they are refusing to do so. This situation appears to be misleading and frustrating.
