I recently discovered an old out-of-state traffic ticket from New York on my record dating back to [redacted]. Despite significant effort, spending six weeks contacting authorities, faxing documents, and paying fines, I thought the matter was resolved. I obtained a Letter of Clearance, Proof of Paid Tickets, and a confirmation of expungement from the national database in New York. I witnessed the DMV manager clear my records and even took a picture for my own records. However, to my surprise, I received a computer-generated letter on April 1 informing me that my license is suspended. I have all the necessary paperwork to prove that I addressed this issue before. I need urgent assistance with this unsettling situation. Thank you for your help.

I applied for my license online with my birthday on 09/26/[redacted]. I submitted the application on 09/17/[redacted] and had a temporary license while waiting for the hard copy. However, I received an email stating that my license was under investigation, leading to its cancellation. I provided my birth certificate, marriage license, and certificate as requested. After being told it would be resolved in 24-48 hours, it has been almost 2 weeks with no solution. When I called the motor vehicle department, they informed me my license had expired. Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Bryson have been unhelpful, leaving me without a valid license. My contact number is [redacted] or [redacted], and my email is [redacted]

Yesterday around [redacted], I accompanied my son to the DDS office in Macon, GA for his driver's permit. I provided all the necessary documents, and he successfully obtained his permit. However, when they returned my documents, they inadvertently kept my original I-94 (I [redacted]-A). Upon returning the next morning to reclaim it, the manager informed me that they had mistakenly shredded it. They declined to retrieve it from USCIS or reimburse me the $[redacted] USCIS fees for a replacement application. I am uncertain how to proceed. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
