I recently purchased a 49-pack of Nature Valley Honey 'n Oats granola bars. However, upon opening the box, I noticed that approximately one out of every three individual packets was not properly wrapped. Despite the sealed box, I tried eating the unwrapped bars, but they lacked freshness and crunch. The issue persisted throughout the box, with about every third bar being unwrapped. I wanted to inform GM, Inc. about this experience, as my family has been enjoying this product since my children were in grade school and we still purchase them years later (my children are now in their mid-twenties). This was the first time we encountered this problem, but we plan to continue buying Nature Valley bars.

I encountered issues with the online "Contact Us" links for General Mills and Larabar. When eating a Larabar Apple Pie purchased from Albertsons, I found two large pieces of what seems to be nut shell in the product. These pieces got stuck between my teeth, requiring dental assistance for removal. It's puzzling how an 'apple' product would have nut shell pieces. I hoped to bring this matter to your attention. I buy General Mills Cinnamon Toast Crunch Treats almost every day. These cereal bars, which come in boxes of 8, have been a favorite of mine. Unfortunately, in the past week, I purchased 6 boxes from 2 different stores, and every single bar was missing its frosting or cream. They were all plain cereal bars with no frosting at all. I would like a refund for the money spent on these boxes, or alternatively, I would appreciate receiving properly made boxes of these cereal bars at no additional cost. Thank you.

I'm a huge fan of General Mills products, and I recently heard about Caramel Bugles and Sweet & Salty Bugles, but I'm having trouble finding them in the Louis/Metro East area. I checked online, but they seem to be quite pricey for just a few snack size bags, which surprised me. Can anyone assist me in locating these products at a more reasonable price? Thanks! 🌟
